I go here often for my dog food. I had the worst experience. I bought 2 bags of Cesar’s dog food plus two 24 packs single dog food. It was buy one get the other 30% off. I didn’t get my discount. I kindly asked Alexis to get me another bag because it was OPENED. She told ME to go get it. I said NO why don’t you have one of your associates do it. Then she finally got on her walkie talkie. What’s going on with Customer Service?

Today, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-in. Usually, everything is fine, but today, I had to wait 32 minutes for my items, despite receiving a message that they were ready for pick up before I arrived. When I inquired about the delay, the employee, Angel, was rude and dismissive. However, when another customer approached him, he was polite and friendly.
When I finally received my bags, Annette was highly disrespectful and indifferent. As a long-time loyal customer, I was disappointed by this behavior. It's a clear example of how not everyone is suited to work with customers.

On 5/16/24 I came in to purchase some laptops. I asked for assistance in which I was being helped. However, I later asked two other staff members whom were also in the department; As I needed some help in the camera section. The male staff and a female staff said they were not able to help me because they were in training. There was an older lady standing next to them as well. Not sure if she worked there as well or was a customer.
I noticed that when other customers needed help they both asked them if f they needed help in which they helped them. But not me. My husband heard the staff say, “someone help that poor lady.”

Fitting room attended is awful! Literally have to beg to get a fitting room open. When she finally came to check and open some she completely ignored the line of women to let them know to go in. Customer service training must not be a priority to Target. Because of this rudeness I don't even want to spend my money here.

So I went in to grab some makeup by elf and La roach posay cleanser and the lines were extremely long although the cashier Angel was really fast and friendly I overhead a few guest happy he was able to help them with their items and bag it fast and make the lines go fast he was able to price adjust my items due to it being cheaper online and he was very helpful and he also complimented my outfit and also complimented my friends outfits too which made our days he’s very nice and kind and is cute and gets the job done if he’s there I’ll be going to his cash register line because I come here a lot another girl kayla who’s always sitting at the register gave me attitude and she doesn’t price match she just tells people to go to customer service to do it when she can also do it but she’s mean and rude do not recommend going to her she will not help at all I’ll also recommend going to Andrews lane I went in before they closed and Andrew was also very nice and friendly he also was able to prove adjust my items but over all my experience was great and made my day I also told Angel I’ll give him a good review for being such a great person so Angel if your reading this thank you I gave you a well deserved review from me and my friends ( :

Manager Francisco was not helpful at all, i ordered an ice chest on 5/8, picked it up today 5/10 and the ice chest was filthy inside with hair in it! And he had the balls to tell me it wasnt used! Therw were scratches outside the ice chest, he refunded me my money back but my $16 credit is gone! I wish they have more experienced manager. Very unsatisfied.

I stopped in here to use their restroom while I waited for the car to finish charging at the nearby Tesla Supercharger station. The restroom was not very clean, but I've definitely seen worse. I was going to buy a prepackaged drink or snack, but I eventually got in line to get a drink at the Starbucks that was located near the entrance. The food section of this Target was clean and well organized.
