Hours say 9:00 -6:00. Have a valuable package I need to pick up and went there at 9:20...nobody there. Nobody answers the phone. 90 min later and still nobody there. Unprofessional atmosphere even on the times they happen to be there. Need to find a new UPS drop location.

I went there in search of the process of obtaining my fingerprints, the young lady in there was amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and give me further details on the next step to take. She was knowledgeable kind polite with an understanding with an excellent attitude. The girl working the counter was Professional, attentive, and quick. She was clear and informative in her instructions for me to get my life scan done efficiently and provided me with information that I would need in case my employer had any concerns. The mail room was clean, free of clutter and had appropriate signs posted. Plus, she gave me great recommendations on Mexican food in the area!
