Worst pharmacy to send your medications to. You get texts stating medication is ready for pick up and it never is. When there is insurance issues theu expect you to call your insurance for eligibility and to show them how to do split billing. They do not answer the phone. They give you an estimated wait time and 30 mins turns into 2 hours and even then you sit and wait and they do not start on your medication. If it weren't for the breathing treatments my daughter needs now I would have waited and gone to a different pharmacy. Last time my meds get sent here.

I went A Month Ago to get Prescriptions that my Sister really needed. They Were Closed due to no Staff. Pharmacy was Closed!!! Three Days Later waiting in a long Line, I finally got Help. I got My Sister's Prescriptions, but the Worker was Careless and Gave me a Controlled Substance and Didn't ask me for ID. I asked them about that Medication that was Controlled Substance, and They said No that wasn't part of her Prescription. When I checked her Prescriptions , It Was The Medication I was Asking about. They have Become Careless and Lazy. Be careful. Especially with Controlled Substance Medication. If I could just give a Zero I would. But 1 is bad enough. My Sister is Now Transferring he Prescriptions to CVS. I will never Deal with this Horrible Pharmacy again.

Pharmacy takes forever, I dont understand how it can take so long. If someone's prescription is not ready then have them come back. Will definitely be moving my prescriptions from Walgreens. .

This Walgreens here in Hesperia is the most disgusting place I've ever been I am so hard that rite aid close down because the customer service for this pharmacy is despicable as customers in patients we really need to find another pharmacy and just leave this one alone and boycott it

I’m only leaving this review because they placed me on hold which I understand. Then after a couple minutes it started ringing and they asked me to hold again so I did. This happened 7 times. The last time they answered they were irritated with me! I’m not calling back and trying to get thru over and over again I’m simply holding patiently like they said!! Do they not know their phone does that?? The 6th ring they answered and didn’t say anything just placed it on hold… the last ring they just let it ring forever until this automated voice said call back another time and hung up. I don’t understand why if they’re that busy and know they won’t get to me just tell me to call back another time? Instead of getting upset with me for holding and treating me like I’m bugging them for holding 35 minutes. Just rude. Tell us if you want us to call later…. Trust me we prefer that! Your phone rings after a certain time every time YOU place US on hold

Since taking on rite aid customer’s Walgreens pharmacy has handled more than it can chew. Lines on drive thru and walk in are 30 minutes wait time phone calls are not answered totally sucks! Long time Walgreens customers should have priority. But we are at mercy of Walgreens incompetence going to take my frustration to Corporate

The pharmacy is the worst. The staff is so unprofessional. Their rude and it takes forever to get your medication. I recommend you to go elsewhere

Expect a half hour wait at the pharmacy even with 2 customers in line. And this is for picking up a prescription that’s been filled already. This is ridiculous.

this pharmacy is a joke. rite aid across the street closed & we swapped over to walgreens pharmacy & it’s been 2 days since my script was sent over and it’s still not ready or being worked on? What a joke. I had to argue with the guy so he could finally help me. My son’s asthma medication is still not ready either and they told me they don’t know when it’ll be ready. Like are you kidding me? Highly do not recommend using them. We will be swapping to CVS. If i could leave zero stars, I would.

Pharmacy Customers Service is thr worst, I call and they never answer, or sometimes I call and wait nearly 1 hour! They pick up and keep saying please hold!!! I go in person and I have to wait 1 hour in line just to get nothing from them. My son was sick with fever, got antibiotics prescribed and they never gave me any of the prescriptions the doctor sent over!

How can I wait in the drive thru line for 45 minutes only to have a sign taped to the window that reads, drive thru closed early due to limited staffing or something of that sort. Get it together Walgreens. Rite Aid closing their doors offers you a huge opportunity and it’s slipping through your hands. Talk about lack of preparation. This is sure a poor welcome to your new rite aid customers and a slap in the face to your loyal ones.
