The male cashier who was working around 6:00 PM on April 11th exhibited extremely unfriendly behavior. When I asked if there was a charge for shopping bags, he responded with a disdainful expression, which made me feel very uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, rather than encountering unnecessary disdain and unfriendliness. I hope you can take customer feelings seriously, provide training for your staff, and ensure that similar situations do not occur again.I want to express my appreciation for another male staff member at the store! He provided excellent service by being very polite and helpful when asking if I needed assistance. His professionalism and willingness to help left a lasting impression. I hope you continue to maintain this level of service, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience at Walgreens.

Don't use the FedEx dropoff at this location. The employee well ignore you, while sitting at the station holding the FedEx scanner, claiming she is "off the clock". Won't go to this location again - for anything.

Helpful workers and the security guards are always doing their job and being welcoming. I would recommend buying something from their store, their prices are really cheap!!

The pharmacy employees are so rude and lazy they said it's illegal for me to take a written prescription. They said it has to be only electricity. They said it's not there job to call the doctor to have them send it electronically. They left me waiting on hold for more them 30 min then when they answered they just hung up. I had to use my husbands to called them just to talk to them. Very poor customer service very useless people.

Called to ask if at home COVID test kits were available. Was told yes, only to show up 5 minutes later to an empty shelf and the employee telling me they don’t have any.

1. Andrew, pharmacist keeps messing with me. Andrew left me an urgent message while swamped with vaccines. Pharmacy kept hanging up for 2 hours-I thought vaccine expired. 2. Amy, Pharmacist Manager in her flat chest, pink top, "i called for medicine in stock"-drive 15 miles there after traveling down the hill THEN AMY PICKS A REALLY OUT OF THE WAY 30 miles 1 way WALGREENS TO GET SCRIPT THAT I GAVE HER AND SHE NEVER SAID OUT OF STOCK. She had no vaccine patients-just screw with me making me drive to her and another far pharmacy. Walgrednz is quite blicm from my house. Amy must be jealous.

What a joke this place is, the employees are completely clueless... the store layout is bad and the selection is horrible... this is my third visit to this location and went away empty handed.. Corporate needs to come in and clean this mess up. Good luck.

Pharmacy sucks! you go in they are messing around hugging on each other takes 20 minutes for them to even recognize hey we got someone in line. after that they will give you an set time it will be ready add 30 mins to that due to more hugging and screwing around. If you talk to a manager you'll be on hold until they start to lecture you about why they need those hugs. instead of apologizing or offering decent customer service.

Waited for 30 mins because they're pharmacy is understaffed on weekends, they take 30 min break for lunch and no one is there.. when they got back I called to make sure prescription ready, it was, but she said I can't pick it up for a couple hours due to store cleaning makes no sense.
