DANGER! Do not take your vehicle to this auto center. The techs are not skilled and do not pay attention to detail. The first time I took my crossover suv to have an oil change their system was down so they had to manually update all their paperwork. The car burns oil so oil was low but I asked if they'd fill it up properly and I was told yes. When I drove off I noticed the car was making a funny noise so I checked the oil and they hadn't filled it completely up!!!!!! I thought this was a one off situation since they had been under a lot of pressure so I gave them another chance. The second car I took is a small 4 door sedan. I requested additional services like a fuel filter change and fuel injection cleaning. The tech didn't do these services. I paid for my oil change, parked my car at home and left for the airport for 7 days. When I got home I discovered the car was now leaking oil!!! I've never had any type of issues with the car. I called Walmart to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for 20 minutes hung up on and never answered again. I called the main number to be placed on hold again for at least another 20-30 minutes. Beware they do not hired skilled labor at this establishment.

Worst. Stopped on my way from Vegas to La. Needed to rotate tires. Was told I'm the next car in. Easy, right? 1.5 hrs later - they haven't started, cuz all mechanics went on a lunch break. A girl on a counter completely overwhelmed - people are checking out groceries and she's managing auto center. Seriously. Gosh, help is all and let Amazon start doing oil change and kill this dysfunctional pathetic monster Walmart.

My dad comes here all the time for oil changes and tires. This last time was a nightmare for him when he got his oil changed. They failed to replace all of the bolts. Every time he hit about 40mph, the oil cover/skid plate would eventually hit the ground. The only thing noted on his paperwork is that the skid plate was damaged. Very general. Who doesn't have a little damage to their skid plate. Nothing was explained to him that there could be any safety hazard when he picked his car up. We took the car back. They said they secured it, but 3 bolts were missing. This was not noted anywhere when he first picked his car up after the oil change. And, of course, they won't be taking any responsibility for their negligence. Wal-Mart may be in the business of car care. But. Do they really care?

If I could give negative 20 thousand stars I would. My husband came in here to get an oil change early Wednesday August 31sr. The girl (with braces, black hair in a pony tail, about 5'0)who helped him were OBNOXIOUS, rude, disrespectful, zero customer service skills.. As my husband explained what he needs done with his two trucks that he brought in to get oil changes as they are company trucks for our company. These girls were disturbingly rude, he asked for the manager and the manager looked at his watch and walked away. I literally have no words for the amount of disrespect and zero knowledge of customer service. Just because you work at Walmart automotive does not make you as a queen of Hesperia. It makes me feel sad that people like you think it's okay to treat customers like you did to my husband today. I've been in the customer service industry for almost 18 years management, General management and I would never million years treated customer like my husband was treated today. Shame on you and shame on your management. Corporate will be called

I dropped off my tire for repair at 3:30 PM. They said it had to be replaced with a screw lodged in what they define as the sidewall (see photo below). I purchased the road hazard package and explained this to the individual manning the automotive department. She gave me attitude so it was not clear if she understood this or not but just told me to sign without explaining to me that the whole vehicle needs to be present to honor this road hazard warranty package which I learned the next day. Mind you I have no spare to bring then the whole vehicle without towing it in at great expense or plugging the tire with slime but I wanted to to maximize the potential for repairing it so got if off the vehicle when a tire pressure sensor alarm notified me of an issue. I purchased four road hazard packages (one for each tire) when these tires were put on so its not like I'm trying to scam them replacing one tire that is not under their package. This shop honestly needs to change their policy to ask a customer to take a photo of the vehicle jacked up as well as its current milage on the odometer for walk in tire repairs. The photos on iPhones show the date, location, etc. it metadata to accomplish exactly what they need to know for prorating their tire value on the road hazard package replacement tire during shop repairs. It is not rocket science and this meta data is embedded in the photo. I received a call at 5:50 PM (even though the paperwork showed the replacement tire work was completed by 4:45 that day of drop-off). What took the extra hour for notification? I showed up at 6:15 PM after immediately leaving home and no one was manning the desk even though they the automotive department does not close until 7:00 PM. Twenty five minutes after standing around, two mechanics came Moseying out at 6:40 PM. They called customer service to automotive and had about the same look customers have getting employees to show up at the locked shelves in different departments of the store... I.e. no one showed up. They wanted to charge $75 for the work and said they might be able to ting it up. But when I explained I have the road hazard warranty, they said the paperwork didn't process it that way and they didn't know how to fix the paperwork and had me stand around while they incompetently milled around trying to find a manager until closing at 7 PM and then nonchalantly disappeared. The SOL walk-away maneuver since I was too inconvenient to help. I picked up the paperwork and took it to customer service up front to complain to a manager who refused to ever show up their either having me wait until 7:20 PM before I finally gave up and left the store... without my tire yet. The customer service rep. told me the manager was finishing up some other details before getting to me. Basically blowing me off once more. I gave up and left when I saw the task of getting a manager to help me was being passed off from peon to peon between their breaks at customer service. Was simply not going to get anywhere on this issue that evening. I showed up the next day and the same female worker who in-processed the tire gave me attitude when I complained that they have no one working the desk during their listed hours the night before and no one solved my issue at hand with the warranty package seemingly not covering my tire replacement. I also again explained I have the road hazard package once more. She gave me more attitude then I needed so I asked for her manager to make this right. She shrugged rudely and started helping another customer until I gave her a nasty look and said... "now please." It took another 15 minutes to get this far and manager on staff to finally help. The manager seemed reasonable and prorated my tire value, (I actually gave the store the benefit of the doubt telling them my mileage was at 132,000 miles when my odometer was actually 131,250 but I didn't have the exact milage and knew it was less then 132,000 miles but more then 131,000 miles so I rounded up to be an honest customer. She prorated the value of t

As a fellow yelper, I honestly should have known better and checked the reviews before making the grand mistake of going here. I bought a set of tires because as we all know we try to save money however we can. I bought me some decent priced tires for my Maxima. I decided that I would have them put them on because I had this bright idea that I needed to be on a plan where if for whatever reason I got a flat they would fix it for free. Well big mistake, they had my husband waiting for over three hours to mount them and then to add to aggravation they ruined my rims. Not just one or two, all of them. Completely scratched and chipped them and they had the nerve to say that they were already in that state. I didn't realize that I needed to take a picture prior getting service to make sure my property got returned in the same state that it was given. I am so upset at them and specially at myself for knowing better than to take a car to a place that doesn't specialize in this type of work. Never again. Just don't do it, save yourself the headache and the frustration.

Came here to get my tires checked because I got the alert from my car on the way to Vegas from Los Angeles. The technician inside was able to take me in right away and took some air out from my tires since I accidentally over inflated them from the long drive . The Tech said it was free of charge to adjust my tires and I'm thankful for the kind gesture

They did not put the undercover back into my car after an oil change. It caused over 300.00 dollars worth of damage. I reported it to corporate and they refused to help compensate for the damages. They were very unprofessional and a nightmare to work with. DONT GO HERE.
