This establishment is a hit and miss. I understand they're not able to have all the stations open, but they should have more than one teller available. There was two supervisors on the floor, and only one teller. The line was out the door. If someone is on break or on lunch a supervisors should back up the tellers, not stand around. I have to make merchant deposits, so I have to go inside to the bank.

Made an appointment at 12. It was raining and we got in at 12:10. After being told in different occasions for different appointments that the grace period was 15 minutes. He decided to take other people and said we would have to wait until later on when he had time. Was very rude of him to have taken other people and not respected what we had been told previous about the 15 minute grace period. His name is Cristian Torres!!!! Waited for him to finish helping the people he took after me then waited until 12:40!!! He came up to me and said he wasn't taking me today!!! Because my appointment took an hour and he had to go to lunch!!!! WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IT SAYS MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE 30 minutes only!!!!!! NEVER WANT TO BE HELPED BY THIS EMPLOYEE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Bank Re-opened today but seemed limited - Some advanced thigs like open and close accounts are not available - No one at the cubicals ,BUT the finally had teller windows open - I still don't recommend them because they have really cut their customer service quality - To them , temporary closure is 1 year, (please!) --- so ,,, : )

I was banking with Wells Fargo for about 4 or 5 yrs, then I get a called from wells fargo person tells me that someone called said they got scammed and it happened on March 19th but I got the called on April 1st really it happened a month ago and I just now got the call in April, and I was told to go into a branch and get it taken care of the issue which I was going to do, then the wells fargo fraud department person called also and told me this person was a victim, I did not tell the person to put money in my account, and the fraud department person told me I can no longer bank with them no more, and that what ever was left in my account I will receive a cashier's check, I always seem to have problems always with wells fargo. I am really upset about the whole thing but you know what I found a bank closer to where I live..... SO LONG WELLS FARGO NOW I DON'T HAVE TO DEAL ANYMORE PROBLEMS WITH YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Most Wells Fargo's are the same, but some are slower than others. This parking lot is a mess and so small. Hardly no parking and way too busy to be. It's easy to access but hard to get out onto the street depending on what time you're going.

I go to this branch at minimum 3 times per week for work purposes. The tellers are always so very pleasant and helpful with nice beautiful smiles. The support team that backs these tellers is pretty great also. You guys at this location rock!!

I don't know if this bank is always like this or just today but god damn this was the best banking experience I have had my whole life and I don't even have an account there. Went in to deposit some money for someone, one lady at the front door greeting people, a few customers in line, I stand in line and one of the bankers greets me again, introduces himself, takes me out of the line and helps me make the deposit at his desk... Account number was wrong, he did some research and corrected it. Everyone was smiling, everyone was happy and helpful. Made me consider switching banks.

They normally get through the line pretty fast. The tellers are always friendly and I prefer this wells Fargo over all the other ones in the area even though it is kinda outdated. The inside is small and the waiting area isn't very roomy but go during the week and there won't be a crowd.

6 tellers, only 2 actually helping customers. 6 customers in line watching and getting upset. A bank only has customer service to offer and this bank has lost it. I won't go back to this branch.
