Unfortunately, I have to give us one star Rating period I went to make a withdrawal and the teller and the manager refused to give me my money. The manager's name is David. I will never go to the. Horrible customer service, my money was available, but because it was a large amount. They refused to give me my money and came up with all kinds of excuses ?

Total crap unprofessional behavior instead of honoring clients have been with them 10+ years to just say we understaffed come another day .... Awesome jobs guys !!!!

After being lied to by The Apple Valley Wells Fargo, we called this branch to have our needs met! Let me just say that Albert is the man you want to see! Super friendly, super helpful, was more than happy and able to assist us. Definitely recommend this guy for all your banking needs!

****PLEASE READ**** After going in yesterday to cash my work check, I left the building with my cash. Nothing was wrong with my check and I cashed it just fine. I deposited some money into my account through the atm outside. Wells Fargo online states they cannot hold cash deposits, my money was available to me however today I have a negative balance of -31.05 when I had over 200$ before I fell asleep, I called customer service and they said because my check was possibly fraudulent. I didn't deposit my check I deposited cash. I had bills to pay today and now I can't have my money until Monday, leaving me with late bill fees, and also possibly overdraft fees from something that wasn't my fault at all. For anyone thinking about opening an account with this wells fargo, go down the street to union Bank instead. This is very upsetting. And the Better Business Bureau will be notified.

customer service is horrible. the bank tellers have a nasty attitude and never answer the phone.

This establishment is a hit and miss. I understand they're not able to have all the stations open, but they should have more than one teller available. There was two supervisors on the floor, and only one teller. The line was out the door. If someone is on break or on lunch a supervisors should back up the tellers, not stand around. I have to make merchant deposits, so I have to go inside to the bank.

Made an appointment at 12. It was raining and we got in at 12:10. After being told in different occasions for different appointments that the grace period was 15 minutes. He decided to take other people and said we would have to wait until later on when he had time. Was very rude of him to have taken other people and not respected what we had been told previous about the 15 minute grace period. His name is Cristian Torres!!!! Waited for him to finish helping the people he took after me then waited until 12:40!!! He came up to me and said he wasn’t taking me today!!! Because my appointment took an hour and he had to go to lunch!!!! WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IT SAYS MY APPOINTMENT WILL TAKE 30 minutes only!!!!!! NEVER WANT TO BE HELPED BY THIS EMPLOYEE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Horrible branch. I've waited and waited around for them to call me in for my appointment I had ,they managed to make me wait an hour and a half outside for them to call me in. I've called them multiple times over the phone to see if they can reschedule my appointment since I did get very impatient them not calling me for my appointment and no one answered. I walked in the branch and called them several times to see why weren't they answering and it's because the 3 ladies and man were just talking the whole time while the phone rang. Very unprofessional on their behalf.
