It was nice and quiet, peaceful gated community. Swimming pool, place to barbecue a quit lunch. You do get some good wind moments. Good say like if my grand wanted to fly a kite it would be perfect.

Gates would not open even with my friend buzzing me in. Her neighbor tried too. She had to drive over and use clicker to get it opened. It did same to others.

They need to lower their prices, but they do good service
