This grocery store allows online perches with the EBT card with out having to enter a pin allowing theft to occur today i had 800$ stolen from my card I contracted the store to try and stop any other charges & they couldn't do anything to stop them keep in mind I live in Texas.

BEWARE !!!
The freezers are constantly going out and everything defrosts and instead of getting rid of the melted foods, they just refreeze the items.
Making them unusable.
The staff are all aware of this, but they don't do a thing about it.
Try another store.

This is one of the worst smart and final stores i have ever shoped in they are always out of most every thing and it takes them weeks to get items back in stock! I don't recommend this store at all.

I already had bags in my cart from previous shopping and the cash register person opened my bags up without even asking , I forgot her name but that was really weird and she stay in 16.53 place and just check my shit out

I had a bad experience today at the checkout. Waited a long time to check out, even finished browsing one magazine to wait and still wasn’t done. Finally one cashier stepped in to help, but he took the person behind me, so I had to wait again to get checked out. When I complained, the manager didn’t even say anything to help! Very disappointed! To add salt to the injury, the lady behind me who just lined up scolded me for being inpatient! I’ll try my best to avoid this store. This store is unorganized and the items aren’t as good as other locations anyway.

I was having S&F app issues and downloading the coupon. They just would not download. The previous checker said it takes time and so I then later I had tried to download the digital coupon at home, and on wifi or over 5G. Still No luck. A few days later I went here for some items and explained my frustration to Denise. She was super friendly and suggested I delete and download the app again. Bingo. Fixed my issue. I wished the other checker was as helpful. Denise is my fav at this location.
