I returned some shoes for $29.97 plus tax $2.92 which comes out to $32.89. I returned to do the BOGO deal. So I'm thinking my store credit would be $32.89 towards my exchange because that what I paid. My credit was $29.97. So when it comes to buying something at this location then returning tax is not included. Then if you're doing an exchange they still charge tax on top of the tax that was not refunded when the return was made, crazy. Usually when returns are done at other stores, tax is included with the return because that's what was paid. Don't think I will be buying here again.

The customer service at this store was exceptional, they truly made us feel at home. As someone who enjoys conversation and sharing stories, I appreciated how welcoming and attentive the staff were throughout our visit. They took the time to assist each member of our family, ensuring we found exactly what we needed based on our individual preferences. We ended up spending over $600, and it was well worth it given the outstanding service and overall experience.

Ana and Henry were the worst. I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have my box but yet they had about 20 or 40 empty boxes just laying there. Once they said no they just kept talking as if I wasn't even there. I spent almost $400 dollars here a few days ago and this is how they treat people. Won't be coming back here ever again.

As soon as I walked in, the security guard greeted me. Other than him, no other employees asked if I needed any assistance. Also, the store was filthy. Disgusting! The store had no AC either. Uncomfortable. When I paid, the cashier dude gave me my total. Didn't greet me, didn't ask if I found everything okay. I will not be going here anymore. Dirty store and unfriendly staff.

Smaller but has everything you would want, and even got a pair of Levi hi-tops on discount ?
Go if you're in Highland Park and doing a family back-to-school, or like me, just a random guy looking for a few pairs @ a great price...

Assistant manager here is very unprofessional she has red hair and piercing on her eyebrows she yelled at my child because she was touching the boxes which is apart of their STANDARD displays ! She got in my face and said racial slurs towards me when I called her unprofessional in her position she followed me and my family outside which is a horrible look for this location I’ve always came here with my family no problems and this time was a horrible experience if I can give a negative review I would because of that woman
