Robyn was the worst rep I have ever come across and I've been a member for 12 years doing business at this location. This rep was told 3x -4x I needed dmv and still was rude enough to say she couldn't understand what I said even after SHE separated the line for dmv versus other services. Someone else was able to cut ahead of me because of that and i was on limited time. ROBYN was just very rude and her voice was very condescending to me and another older gentleman. Robyn briefly looked at my new registration docs and said no we can't do that I never even got to see a real dmv rep. I was upset and she did nothing to resolve it she was the gatekeeper to say no as if she were a manager. I went to the office in Redlands and they properly looked at my documents and helped me. I can totally see why there was more people waiting at redlands to get sufficient help/excellent customer service than at this highland location. Never going back this simple transactions shouldnt be a headache and Robyn shouldnt be handling the front. I can only imagine how many people leave because of her and her refusual to get a manager when she becomes rude or inefficient. It shows she doesnt care about clients or her job. I told her i was going to complain she argued back saying im the problem. It was too early to argue with someone like this and i know she was just looking to say no because she can like a bully. I'll keep going to the aaa in my nearby city. Highland aaa was the most convenient option, but Robyn has made it inconvenient with her horrible attitude and customer service. Never going again and will be escalating the matter to corporate.

Staff was very polite and helpful. My son and I were in and out within a hour and it was that long because we were switching our insurance policies!!! I highly recommend going to the highland office!!!

I love my AAA membership and insurance but this place is awful. I’ve been a member for many many years. I came here to get a moving permit for one of my vehicles, that’s insured by them. They should be able to pull up the info on the vehicle they have insured. They acted like they couldn’t and acted very bothered and rude that I asked them to pull up the info. They have DMV services but can’t pull up the info they need? I find that hard to believe.

I have been a AAA customer for over 10 years and I am shocked at the decline in service and lack of accountability that AAA takes towards members who have been loyally with them for so long.I initially called on September 3, 2022 for a tow at 12pm. I was told because of the holiday weekend they were extremely busy. I was told that the tow truck company would arrive by 5pm at the latest. 5pm came and went. I called back and was on hold for an hour before I finally got a representative who told me that the earliest they could have someone out to me was 8pm. I told them that since I need to get my car to the shop before it closed I would reschedule for September 4th.The tow truck driver from Castaic Towing arrived on time but did not come with the flatbed as I requested. When he showed up I told him that I was concerned because my car is extremely low to the ground. He told me not to worry. However, when he tried to get under the car, it ripped off the bottom lip and destroyed the bumper. He immediately tried to fix it and started arguing with me that he was not responsible for the bumper but only the bottom guard even though there were wires hanging and liquid was draining from the car. When I started arguing with him he refused to tow my car to the shop (after he damaged it) and said he was not responsible for the damage.I immediately called AAA and spoke to Karen (H867) who documented everything but said that any damage needed to be dealt with Castaic towing and that AAA was not responsible to which I replied that Castic Towing is a vendor of AAA and was assigned to me by AAA therefore AAA needs to take responsibility.Karen stated I should first try and "work it out" with Castaic towing. Below is the timeline of what transpired with Castiac Towing.9/6/22 - Spoke with Abraham at Castaic Towing. He said his driver was only responsible for the bottom lip of the car. I told him that the car was at the shop and that there was significant damage to the car...much more than the bottom lip. He said he would go to the shop to see it in person so I gave him the address, phone number and shop owner's name. He said he would call.9/7/22 - Called Castaic Towing to check on progress since the shop told me that nobody had called and nobody had come by. I got the dispatcher who said there was nothing they can do. I called back two hours later and got the same message9/8/22 - Called Castaic Towing. Got dispatch. Was told that Abraham is out of the office on Thursdays and Fridays and to call back on Saturday9/10/22 - Called Castaic Towing and was told that Abraham was not there. I left a message. Nobody called me back9/11/22 - Called Castaic Towing five times. Got dispatch each time and told them that nobody is picking up in the office9/12/22 - Called Castaic Towing and spoke with someone in the office. He said Abraham was out but he took a message and I told him that if I don't hear back and don't get a resolution by tomorrow that I would be filing a police report and a complaint with AAA.9/13/22 - Called Castaic Towing and spoke with Abraham. He said he will only pay for "cosmetic damages" on the bottom lip. I said that he was supposed to go and inspect the car and now he stated that he did not need to do so and that he saw the pictures his tow truck driver had given (after he pulled the tow truck away) and is not responsible. I informed him that he was obviously "playing games" and that I would be now filing a formal complaint with AAA. I immediately went into my local Valencia CA branch and met with the branch manager Val Ringor who upon reviewing my photographs agreed that Castaic Towing was at fault. She requested an estimate from the mechanic...which I provided...for $3,000 in damage. She submitted all the paperwork. I waited for close to a month before someone from AAA left me a voice mail message saying "Castaic Towing is a 3rd party vendor and therefore I needed to work it out with them." I called Val Ringor again and was furious that now, over a month later, I was right back

AAA was better before covid. Within the last year they have given me the run around on rates for renewal by taking me out would be $600 less than the original price then when I get the information on the mail is $400 higher than what I was told. Also had a claims adjuster not contact the tentative car company and I was left stranded at the body shop without a ride. Body shop told me AAA had been causing problems like this, along with other instance co. They don't care about customer loyalty anymore.

This is my third time here today as I have been noticing one young man in particular Kevin has what it took to get my dmv issues sorted out!! As for others in the dmv department dropped the ball, walked away as I was being helped, than told to go to the front and re-check in as I already have, as I noticed that gentleman was not busy to the point he was messing around and put a staple in a young lady's hand and she yelled This gentleman also seen me waiting and blatantly walked away but first logging out of his computer!!Not going to throw him under the bus but don't expect a young man with his gold chain outside his shirt to go above or beyond to get things handled for you. Kevin is the man!!

I love this AAA location.They're on top of their game.Super friendly and welcoming.They work fast trying to get you in and out.It's a very well maintained office.I highly recommend this location.
