  The worst staff ever, i tried to ask if i can use the bathroom and that lady very rude name Yolanda said, are u purchasing coz this is for customer only, of course i was there had my gas and get coffee, i was from Yaamava, this lady needs to change her tone and the question to all customers with dignity and respect 👎

  This is a worst place I have never seen!!!
  Me and my husband went there on Sunday 4 am., try to use gift card from Yaamava $50.00, my husband told Daniel #2 pump station, it wasn’t working, she told my husband to move to pump station #4, so he moved his car to #4, still not working, she gave receipt for $50.00 when he never put any gasoline. The employee Daniel & William told him to call manager Yolanda to get refund? When we call this number 909-862-1616, so many times no one answered!!!
  We called 1-800-322-2726 customer service left messages, no one returned phone call!!! I called card company to dispute this claim!!! Very bad Arco gas company & AmPm store. one of the customer inside the store told me same story, very bad services!!!

  I had excellent service at the ampm there's a cashier Alejandro he is the most awesomest employee there I see him doing a lot of work way more than the other employees he took care of me and helped me with whatever I need it... Keep up the good work Alejandro he is very respectful and polite when dealing with customers and homeless people

  On July 3rd around 8:30am I came to this location to put some gases and the employees there was so rude. The guy showing attitude towards me and there’s also someone that look like a manager and when I come and talk to her about that specific employee she told me “no comeback, no comeback”, She meant to kick me out. This isn’t the first time this happening, almost every times I visited, the employees there showing very bad attitude towards their customers of course not all of them, some younger employees are very friendly but most of them are very rude not to only me but other customers too.

  Like this place a lot. Yea some girls have attitude issues but understand it's not easy dealing with all of us rude customers ‍. Food is good nice and hot, coffee always on point. Clean please a little pricey but what isn't now a days ...

  I stop by this morning to put gas and I went inside to get snacks and a cheeseburger and some drinks and I ask for the key to use the restroom and I was denied to use the restroom the 2 girls that were there were so rude she screamed out this is not a public restroom I said what do u mean I don't see no sign and she's like I don't need to have a sign go to food 4 less or to the casino I was like why should go to the casino to use the restroom when there's 2 here she's like it's our policy so you can't use i! I was really bothered that I land up not buying anything and just stop somewhere else.

  Stopped to get air in my tire was asked did I purchase gas by this Hispanic lady.. So since I didn't buy gas there was told I couldn't get air would have to pay for it.. My tire was at 19psi.. I see why people go off This is the Arco Highland and Day Creek
