Love coming into this store the reps are always so happy and energetic. I had a Rep by the Name of Deysi assist me will Fiberand she was very knowledgeable and was training a rep at the same time. Glad to have an ATT store like this by me!!!

This is a top tier store! The associates here are SUPER helpful. I like that I wasn’t pushed into getting more than what I needed. My mom was also very happy with the help she received when it was time to get her new phone.

Super long wait, wasn't really given full attention when helped, helper was highly caffeinated with redbull so she came off rude and impolite.

These representatives add services to your bill without telling you. When I was I store the rep added insurance to my phone stating they do that for everyone and your phone HAS to be insured when you walk out. My fiancé got a phone a week prior and they did not add it. The rep told me I had to call back to cancel the insurance. He did finally remove it though after back and forth. I received our bill today and 6.00/months charge was added to each of our lines for Next upgrade which we did sign up nor were we told about it. Customer service told me no services are added without our permission so the store is adding services without disclosing. Customer service states they cannot cancel the 6.00 currently that I have to call back in a month to cancel. It's a huge waste of time for something I was never offered or asked for.

These guys are the sweetest. Very helpful with explaining the process of trading in a phone. I live in Redlands but received rude service from that location. I 100% will only be going to the Highland location for any future needs
