Very nice man working named Grayson, was very helpful with finding oil and filters for 2 cars, plus my tow wiring package with the shipping needed for our vacation. Even offered and helped me lug it all to the car since I was carrying my baby. Definitely recommend this location. Thank you for great service!

Terrible customer service waited for about twenty minutes whit my card in hand to pay for an item and when the employees came from around the shelf there was about 4 of them back there chatting it up while they had 2 employees running around trying to help every one and when I asked the manager what was going on he basically told me I was standing in the wrong place. horrible experience on mothers day trying to get a part for my wife's car

Amazing customer service. Luis G was very helpful gave great customer service helped me out find what wipers I needed for my car and what type of oil was needed for my car, educated me a little bit on the oils. Love the service there I would most definitely go again employee was genuinely nice.

Called in for the refund policy and the employee ARI was unable to answer a few basic questions and then hung up on me sounding very angry and confused. Maybe ensure your employees are able to hold a basic professional conversation before allowing them to provide the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

The only reason for four stars is cuz they never have anyone to check you out at the registers. They only have the people that look up stuff for you and you have to wait for them

I went to the store in Highland on Baseline and Palm. I saw this young guy stocking the shelves and asked if he wasnt too busy to help me find windshield wipers. He helped me find, purchase, and place them on my car. I had told him I was going to go to my mechanic to do it. I didn't want to take up anymore of his time but he offered to help me. When he had a hard time taking my old ones off I said I'd go back to my mechanic but he brought someone else to help me. They both did a great job and had superb attitudes. My faith in humanity is rising slowly, I really appreciated what they did for me today. I usu try to get the clerks names but this time I didn't. They went above and beyond. They deserve a raise

Great, easy place for quick parts. Unfortunately, the LED replacement bulbs they suggested for my RAV-4 do not work. Only breaker lights or market light depending on how you insert them. Easily replaced with standard bulb I had in garage. They quickly and happy refunded me. Always find their customer service to be too notch here. Thanks

Terrible customer service it's been two or three times that I come to the store which is my regular store and this worker here whose name says Luis G. On his name tag seems like he's always mad like doesn't want to work and has terrible customer service he seems like he hates his job always with the mad face you ask him something and he responds back like if he doesn't want to help he was helping me last time and he didn't explain the situation correctly and he overpriced me on the things I got instead of letting me know if I would have got a different type of brand it would have gave me a regular discount so I was overpriced on my items and I asked him about it and he got all mad and started arguing that it was all my fault that it was my lost not his instead of having customer service he just try to argue and got all mad so I just took the lost like he said but at the end of the day you guys lose more than me because I'm not planning on going back to that store with him around with his poor customer service I didn't know AutoZone employees represented AutoZone with terrible customer service!!!
