Great hotel nice rooms snd the shuttle to the casino is every 30 minutes from the front lobby(you must show your room key to access the shuttle).

Clean modern rooms with new furniture. TV allowed casting from smart phone. Staff was courteous and all business. Freeway friendly and within 3 miles of San Manuel Casino.

Great service. Very classy. I would highly recommend Bear Springs Hotel.
Rooms: Very very nice.
Nearby activities: Theirs a shopping center across the street from the Hotel with a Walmart and a Chevron station and plenty of restaurants. Very close to the Yamavya resort.
Safety: Security guard at door. Tribal police patrol.
Walkability: A round table restaurant right their.
Food and drinks: Yes
Noteworthy details: The hotel is owned by the San Manuel band of Indians. Part of the resort.

We had a last-minute getaway and loved it ! The room was nice my teens enjoyed the pool and I got to relax ! Much needed lol Helen at the reception front desk went out of her way for us ,Thank you again, and look forward to our next staycation !

I loved my stay at Bear Springs Hotel. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Rooms were soo clean and roomy. At first, I was worried about not being next to the casino. But with the shuttle running 24 hours, it easy to get to our room! It was definitely a plus. We didn't have to look for parking (which I loved! ) I'll definitely be going back! I couldn't ask for more!

A wonderful place to relax with all amenities at your fingerprints.
Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. Very clean facilities.
A wonderful relaxing pool with ambient music and a invigorating spa.
Enjoyed it immensely.

Very nice and clean hotel. We ordered room service two times the food was delicious. The shuttle service for yamava is a +. The staff are very polite and welcoming
Rooms: The rooms are clean and upgraded. It's a nice setup. No bathtub.

We reserved a room and arrived at 2pm from Casino Morongo. We received an upgrade to a suite. We were put on the second floor. The suite was quite nice. The entry had a wet bar. The room was furnished beautifully with a comfortable chair, couch and small coffee table. The sleeping area had an extremely comfortable bed. I slept like a baby! I usually sleep about 2 to 3 hour in a hotel. It was nice to sleep through the night. The bath suite was clean and had robes to lounge on after your shower. There is a shuttle bus that travels to and from Yaamava Casino. Also has a nice pool. There is also a place eat in the property or get room service delivered. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area and plan on an evening at the Casino.

We had a 2 night stay here at Bear Springs Hotel. SHEM was very nice & extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the accommodations and other regulations about the place. The Staff & Security were very friendly. They all made our experience a memorable one! We look forward to staying here again soon!

This was my 1st time staying here! And.... I LOVED IT! Staff was friendly, professional and attentive! Especially, Fantasia! Best bar tender ever! She was super sweet and ensure our experience was wonderful! I will be returning to this hotel! Hotel is clean and well kept. Thank you!
