We had an awful experience with them, at first seems like they were willing to help me to get the house that my family need, I provided them all the information they ask me for and everything was fair a that point, after they found out how much was the loan amount I reached, they lost all interest on us, they wasn’t even taking our calls, no more information came from them at least they could say “hey we can’t help you no more” they’re definitely so unprofessional and won’t help you if they don’t see a good profit from you, they’re no willing to help

Century 21 Showcase has an extremely dishonest real estate agent working for them by the name of Gina Roquet. I purchased a home from Gina as the selling agent. She has tried to back out of the Section 1 termite clearance agreed to in our sales contract. Other repairs agreed to in the contract were done in a very sloppy manner. Three contractors came to my home, and instead of repairing the items that they were supposed to repair, they actually caused even more damage which I am going to have to address. Her plumber actually left plaster, which hardened, in my bathtub. This plumber apparently believes that obtaining permits and following building codes is only something other people have to do. Gina's choice of a termite company was extremely poor: their "carpenters" ignored building codes and used non pressure-treated wood in inappropriate places (on the slab in my garage) and left termite-infested wood that was removed from the inside of the garage, piled up against the outside of the garage. A bunch of paint was dumped on my lawn, (a hazardous waste), and they left it for me to clean up. Gina thinks she may have tricked me out of getting the house fumigated, but we'll see what happens in court. I have pictures of all of the sloppy work, and I am willing to share them with anybody who would like to see them. I will be going to court and suing Gina Roquet, Century 21 Showcase, and the seller of this home, Valeria Mathes. If you are looking to purchase a home, and you find that Gina Roquet is the selling agent, find another home to purchase. Don't look back. This woman is not honest.
