Everything efficient and satisfactory.One inconvenience:AN EXTRA MONTH WAS charged to my account after exiting the unit . At a visit to the office the amount due was refunded immediately.

Extra Space Storage is convenient to where I live. However I hate that Rent goes up every 3 months by at least 25%. MAKE SURE RENTALS ARE SHORT TERM TI SAVE MONEY.

Only 1 cart to use and only 1 elevator. Other people were there when I was there so i had to wait 1 hour until they finished to use the cart and elevator, very annoying! When my month is up I'm going somewhere else. Also the drainage drain near the elevator lift smells like urine. The smell is unbearable

If I could give 10 stars I would so fast, Ellyse was great and very helpful. I have been to many storage facilities and Ellyse made my Extra Space Storage in Highland visit/rental a fantastic experience I will be telling all my friends and family. Extra space storage has one heck of a great employee. Thank you Ellyse and Extra Space Storage!
