My daughter took her Nissan Sentara here when Rick was there. They charged her $1,500 took it there again Rick wanted another $1,500 for things the car didn't need. I took it somewhere else car is running perfect it only needed a air flow sensor they charged me $250.00 Rick is not a very honest person he will empty you're bank account if you let him. I suggest go elsewhere he sat there while my wife was in this triple digit heat waiting for a tow truck because Rick wasn't getting another $1,500 for part's the car didn't need 0 star's for Good year in Highland Rick will talk to you like he actually knows what he's doing he has know idea he's just money hungry greedy doesn't care about anyone but himself he makes my stomach sick!!!!.......0 Stars Rick he took advantage of my two twin girls trying to take there money One of them is in the Navy there both 19 its people like Rick that makes this world a sad place!!!!

I have been going to this place off and on for many years. The last couple of years we have had much rain and our roads have become almost third world. I have had to utilize the services of Drake Goodyear four times in the last six months. They have been extremely courteous, friendly and professional with every encounter. They honor their warranties without any hassle. They never have tried to upsell me, but do recommend services your car may need. I most highly recommend this place of business for your automotive needs. Honest, dependable and timely service.

These people ARE BLATANT GOUGERS! If you buy four tires with a 'Lifetime Warranty" for $1000, and your tires wear out in just 2-3 years, they will NOT replace them. They will make you wait ALL DAY LONG at their shop in order to tell you that you didn't come in after 5k miles to pay them to rotate your tires and check your alignment. This is a clause that was never told to you in the first place! While you are waiting, they will find something else wrong with your vehicle like "two cracked Motor Mounts" - which will cost you another $800 to have replaced, PLUS things like a simple oil change will cost almost another $100, so by the end of the day, you're exhausted and they present a total bill for about $2k for your new tires, motor mounts and an oil change! RIP OFF Con Artists!

One of the only tire shops nearby I called that had actual friendly people on the other end. Had a semi emergency with my tires coming down from the mountain and they helped quickly, and efficiently, for a great price too! Rick did a free diagnostic on my check engine light as well. Even the actual mechanic came out and talked to us a few times , all around great people, good prices , 10/10 would recommend!

I took my Subaru in because it was leaking fluid and nearly 3,000 Dollars later, it's leaking still, except now its overheating, and stalling out. It's going back today. After visit found out the a seal is loose. Funny it wasn't loose when I brought it in during diagnostic test the first time. Ill never return.

I am so taken back by this. 8/29/2020 I got my air conditioner replaced, in my Honda CRV, by them and payed $1500. A week before 2 years 8/19/2022 it goes out again. The owner tells my husband it will be $1600 to fix. He tells my husband only parts are covered in the warranty. 1st off why has it gone out so fast, 2nd why is it costing me more to fix the second time and 3rd are you serious. I have lived in San Bernardino since 2019 and have only gone there for repairs. I feel that I have been taken advantage off. This repair should have lasted a lot longer then 2 years. When my husband spoke up about this he the owner just just shrugged his shoulders and charged us $39 bucks for the quote. Truly I am going to get the air conditioner fixed again, but I would rather pay someone else then spend another dime at this place. BAD BUSINESS!! You should not treat people or customers this way. Treat your customers right and you will always having a paying customer!!!

I do not recommend this place to anybody. They overcharged on Parts and labor. Misdiagnosed my car... The owner Richard Drake is rude and abusive to customers. He also has a color problem ( personal experience) The only reason I put one star is because of the app not allowing me to post it unless there is a star.... Drake's Goodyear gets zero stars from me and so does Richard Drake.

Good price for oil change with tire rotation, but when Rick the owner is there they always find something wrong with your vehicle. My truck is only 2 years old and this is the 3rd time they said my air and cabin filters were dirty. They charge over $30 each time to change them.
**EDIT** (April 2021) Never Again! I've been coming here for oil changes, maintenance, and repairs for years. They just diagnose the problem and I give them my credit card. I'm no mechanic, how would I know if this part needs replaced or that part needs repaired. Until last month (March 2021). I thought is was odd that my check engine light came on. My truck is 3 years old not even 30,000 miles. I thought maybe I didn't tighten the gas cap or something simple like that. I get a call telling me all 4 of my O² sensors were bad and it was going to cost me over $500 to replace them. I know enough to know O² sensors have something to do with emissions and my warranty covers that. So I told them I would take my truck to the Nissan dealership. The service manager at Nissan said he has never seen all 4 sensors go bad at the same time and that it is rare that even 1 would go bad in a truck this new. The next day Nissan calls and tells me a rodent had chewed through my vacuum line and the O² sensors were all good. I figured I would have Nissan replace the line and if the light came back on, at least it's under warranty. A $14 vacuum line, I couldn't believe it. How could Goodyear not see these holes right there on the top of my engine? Since then I have driven to Nevada and back and the check engine light hasn't come back on. How many other times have I paid for parts and repairs that wasn't broken? I have spent thousands over the past 10+ years. I always thought it was odd that Rick (the owner) would find "something wrong" almost every time I got an oil change. $30 cabin filter here something else there. Never again!

Bought four new tires from these guys. About a month later the back driver side tire went flat on the freeway. Pulled over immediately to install my spare. I found the inside of their tire had disintegrated into a handful of dry black flakes. All sales final. Zero stars if I could.
