Highland Community Park is a nice place to be with plenty of space for a picnic in a nice clean area. The playgrounds are nice, very friendly and clean, and were recently updated, though some note they are tiny. It is an amazing park with many things to do, including a YMCA. The parking lot offers consistent shade. The toilets are available but dirty and need improvement. The park is dog-friendly, with shade for walks. It can get full for evening soccer practice.
