They do a good job. Always always make an appointment before going in unless you want to wait hours to be seen.
They are pricey compared to other places but they do good work. Rating 3 stars because their customer service could be better.

My daughter and I have been customers for a couple of years. The owners have updated the shop with new furniture and decor, and they have done a good job. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit high, but not outrageous. We have worked with Tina, Leon, and Danny for a long time. They are all wonderful. Danny and Leon are very skilled nail design artists. Cindy is newer, but she also does a good job with pedicures, especially if you have ingrowns. She also does waxing. The only upgrade I would make is when getting both a pedicure and manicure, the manicure is done separately at the tables and not at the pedicure chairs while the pedicure is being done.

Vicky the owner does a great job with my nails. Terry does my pedicure and she does a great job too. My mom goes to anyone that's available to do her gel manicure and they are all good. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.

My daughter went to get her acrylics taken off and a manicure. The girl looked liked she didn't want to be there and it showed through her work. Nails were cut and filed uneven, nail polish was goopy and less than a week the nail polish started chipping off. Low quality customer service Low quality work Low quality products Very unfortunate.

If you want quality and beautiful nails look no further. Stephen and Vicky are the owners, and they have trained all their employees to do the same quality work. It really doesn't matter who does your nails, everyone does beautiful work. I've been coming here for about a year now, I drive 20 miles, and I would drive further if need be. Also, I've never waited more than 5 minutes to be seated.

Love Vicky at Joline Nails. She's talented and does quality work. She has a good eye for color and what goes well together and what does not. She will tackle most any artwork. Bring photos of what you like. The shop is off Base Line in Highland in a little shopping center. I drive 30 miles to see her. I've been told by a friend that everyone in the shop is good, too. Pricing is dependent on what you want them to do. You can make an appointment or walk in.

A fantastic job by Steven! He can always match the designs I want. They look so glossy - like glass. It's a combination of dip and gel designs.
