Approx 1115, Sun, 7/7/24, I telephoned Lowes in Highland, CA. I spoke with customer service associate named Gladys. Within 5-8 minutes she researched several models of the portable cooler I was requesting. She assured me that there was stock in the store. Within 10 minutes I arrived and she was right there to assist me. She located the item and invited a fellow associate named Kevin to assist me in locating it and bringing it to her checkstand. This was all done within an hour along with mixed interruptions to assist other customers. Both of these associates, especially Gladys, were professional, competent, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. In these chaotic stressful times we are all experiencing combined with devastating heat and high temperatures these associates were priceless in their pride and commitment to uphold the values and ethics in their job performance for this company of Lowes. They should value these true team associates and strive to encourage and reward all company team associates who participate and share these ethics.

About 8yrs ago I bought a refrigerator here. Today that same fridge needs a gasket for the freezer door. I have been put on hold and hung up on 4 times. This is why brick and motar stores are closing. Poor customer service is no way to get people into your store.

Clean and well organized, friendly and helpful employees for the most part, stock is pretty up-to-date but they seem to suffer from the same problem as other big box stores - lack of inventory control from warehouse to shelf. I've experienced an empty shelf for an item that says is in stock online/app, and then told in store it's in receiving/warehouse. Takes a while for the employees to go look for it, and often they can't find it. So I end up going elsewhere after 45min or so. In 2024 there has to be an easy and sensible solution, and I have some ideas.

Order the following product online EPB66. Was told that it would be delivered the next day. It was not five days later. The product is still not here. Had to place my whole cement crew on hold had to place. The client on hold inconvenience spoke with manager, Nico was told by manager Nico that the problem was a glitch totally unhelpful, inconvenient and costly bad service

Went looking for a security gate..waited over an hour for help. The guy in lumber called for help 3 times. I then asked for a manager. Nothing. Went to customer service twice asking for a manger/help..nothing we finally left. I called on my way to home depot was on hold for 15 minutes. Finally spoke with Keith the manger on duty. I really hope they watch the camera from 8pm-9pm on 6.14.24. They missed a sale of install and the door. I expected better. Last rating was a 4. Had to downgrade to a 2...only because Jesse in lumber trying.

Went to this location for 18" paint tray liners, and to order commercial verticle blinds. I asked 3 different people to call someone to the blinds, no one came, nor was it announced over the intercom. I noticed multiple employees at different departments yapping with each other, but no one would help, or they said it wasn't their department. I went to paint and asked for the large tray liners, but the girl There was too busy mixing 1 gallon of paint, for 1 customer, to help me locate my item. She also said she didn't know there was different sizes, couldn't tell the difference, and wouldn't know where to look. I found them buried under other tray liners. Mean while, the manager on duty was allegedly trying to locate someone to help me...I gave up after 30 minutes. This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere!!

Usually I have a good experience at Lowes. I order 2 different items on same order number. They were at two different Lowes. I followed directions on email and was told I was at wrong Lowes. So I went to second Lowes and texted my arrival and was called by first Lowes. So I went to both stores and got sent away.

We got here 15m prior to it closing and were able to find an associate for assistance and lv w what we needed..kinda. BTW I had my car battery w me cos I took an uber that missed my exit so this trip was not planned. Anyways after paying my wife was pushing the cart w our car battery in it and the cashier was looking but I told her it was my car battery and she was Kool. I like that.
