I guess they don’t call you when it’s ready they expect you to come in on the day that they say it will be ready on. So I waited over a week for a call but I was the one asking for my clothes at the end. (Mainly my fault) I got a pair of linen pants hemmed and it came out just how I liked it, the clothing was wrapped when I pick it up and the owner is so friendly.

Had Son pick-up Mom's clothes from this Cleaner and few days while folding up the clothes was missing a sleeveless dress with front buttons dark blue/greyish color. Was bought in Belmont Shore, CA before relocating to San Bernardino CA county. 2nd time item (Christmas round tablecloth) missing by Vons market in Highland, CA. Have 2nd thoughts being their customer!

I brought a dozen shirts in to be pressed. The turnaround was great... because they did a halfways job! When I unpacked the shirts at home, they were all wrinkled. Not only wrinkled up and down but also had creases pressed into them. All of them. So I brought them back and they said, "Well it happens. I can't change that." I asked if this is their best work and they said it was. So... their best work is wrinkled clothes that they gladly charge high prices to hand them back to you, more wrinkled than when you brought them in! Avoid this place. They do not care about their work.

I took twelve 96 inch linen curtain panels in to be dry cleaned and I picked up laundered linen curtains that now are 91 inches.

I took a dress in to be hemmed in length. I was told by the wife that it was impossible to hem it past two inches due to the beading. When I questioned it she became quite rude and yelled about having twenty years experience in alterations, ok. Something didn't sound right so I took it elsewhere and it is being hemmed 6 inches as I write this. They also cheaply stitched my husband's patches on his military shirt which came off within a week and are unevenly placed. For $34 I would not expect such low quality work and such little knowledge of alteration abilities when advertising it.
