“After having a bad experience with United Postal on Boulder Ave, customer service, Mauricio went out of his way to assist me with my passport renewal. He is very articulate, very knowledgeable, very friendly and gives the best service. Thank you Mauricio, I appreciated your assistance.”

“These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”

Usually i find the clerks want nothing to do with people and strive to do almost as little as possible. I was helped today by Ken and he went above and beyond to try and help me out anyway he could. “Such a beautiful old historic building. I went in the other day asking for a change of address. The attendant said there were no change of address forms. He completely forgot to mention it was possible to do it online. ? I got the feeling...(I might be wrong) he was just among excuses and really didn't care. Because the USPS attendant smirked.
