A few days later my bf went and he paid $4 for 1 label !! 1 pc of paper !!! Crazy !!!!

Seeing some of the previous comments is really sad because people can never be understanding. These workers are rockstars! Working with only one system and short staffed. What do you expect them to do? They are trying their best. Hang in there guys. You guys are doing a great job!

Visiting this store is consistently the worst the worst part of my week. The line is constantly out the door and it takes 15-30 minutes each time just to drop off packages (because if you don't get a receipt they will go missing). I'm going to start driving to the Redlands location and back because even doing that is faster than waiting in this store.

Thieves!! Dropped my USPS package off and the label DID NOT EVER move, according to the company I was returning it to. Conveniently, this UPS Store just got new cameras and do not have access to the old footage. Blamed the lost/theft on USPS saying they do not always scan the packages. Total loss and dissatisfied. If they cannot give you a tracking label, spend the extra minutes and take it to the place that can. UPS customer service is no help bc there is no tracking label. Left frustrated.

I had the nicest gentlemen help me out at the Boulder St UPS in Highland, CA. His name is Brant.
I needed to return items, and together he walked me through each step. He was so calm and helpful. 5 stars for this UPS

$10 to pick up a package is ridiculous.

The UPS store is a convenient place to return Amazon purchases (UPS takes care of packing it up), usually at no cost. The UPS store is also a good portal fir shipping a package or parcel via UPS, especially if you don't trust the USPS.
