I got my baby’s passport picture taken and passport application processed in 10 minutes. The staff was so kind and helpful and even made my baby smile and gave her a little toy.

I’ve just moved here to highland ca , at the beginning of April, by now I should have been receiving mail. So I had seen the mail man deliver in my area on my street but he jumped my mail box I assumed that it was just because it takes a bit of time to make the change of address to come through, I’ve received a call from insurance stating that they had mailed out a few layers but they just kept getting sent back because the post offices here in highland are not registering my mail and delivering it so I’ve waited for the mail man the next day n spoke with the temporary mail man thinking he was the regular one any how the temporary mail man said that the mail that is assigned to deliver in my area could be rude and mean I won’t deliver so I’d like to make a suggestion we should get signatures though the community asking for real mail man to deliver properly on time mail we need nice helpful mail man’s please

Bad customer service seriously. This lady had me waiting like nothing when she was already done. She sees me standing and doesn't let me know that she's done and I can go. Really bad customer service!! Plus, she was rude and had a mad face a soon as I came in. She doesn't communicate at all.

I don’t understand the negative reviews from the worker meeling. I went here to get a passport, and I even arrived a few minutes late. Meeling was fast and efficient. She was not rude she was professional and made a few jokes. She helped me fill out areas in the application that was missing. I didn’t bring a money order because I was confused about payment, I fully expected to be turned down for not having payment, being late, or not filling out the application properly, I was surprised meeling was so helpful.

**Please be aware of (Mee Ling Voisard) USPS WORKER Morning shift. If you are trying to obtain a passport stop immediately and use another postal office. Mee Ling Voisard is extremely rude, unprofessional and hostile towards USPS customers..Made an appointment for 2 passports. We arrived to this facility promptly and had all paperwork. Mee Ling Voisard is a worker who understands the rules and regulations to a point she is able to deliver passport services to us as customers rudely, and unprofessionally, with zero detection by any supervision.I filled out and brought all documentation to my appointment. As a customers I made a mistake and filled out information outside of the box. She informed me that she needed my application re-done. With no issues I agree and began to fill out my application next to another family who was finishing theirs.Both the worker and family next to me were of the same ethnic background and were permitted to stay while I was told to leave the building to fill out my application. While the other family was filling out applications, their child was permitted to play with free USPS priority items in the line waiting area. I did not say anything about the inequality of treatment and left the building and filled out my application as instructed. I brought my application back to the worker and she began to tell me that this was not my writing and if "you do not finish in time you are done here" -Lee Ming Voisard The appointment became very hostile and I became confused and explained that it is my writing as she responded it wasnt. I asked for her name and began to write it in my notes. She then became verbally hostile with me, my paperwork stating to her coworker "Are the cameras on" Again she told me to now fill out the entire application over and said "if it is not done in 15 min its over" I completed the application as fast as I could and turned it in and she purposely denied my application and changed her customers service from hostile to pleased. I have never dealt with a representative from USPS like this ever. And this is a learning experience of rouge employees and how rules and regulations can cover bad behavior.Please fix this and contact me for more information regarding this USPS worker. Thank you for taking the time to read.

I sent my 18yo daughter here today for a passport and photos. I sent her with her filled out application, birth certificate, and two money orders filled out correctly for the fees so she wouldn't have any issues.She said the Asian woman and other man working there named Mauricio gave her a hard time for being 5 mins late and then refused her money orders as payment. Mauricio stated they were "no good". So they charged her to buy a money order from them and used her debit card as payment.When she returned home with the money orders, I was upset as I could not return them as they were filled out to Post Master and the US Treasury. I called the post office and spoke to the Asian lady who kept repeating that my daughter did not hand her the money orders to pay and I explained that's because Mauricio told her they were no good. She said he would call me back, which he did. Mauricio apologized stating that it was his fault and that most people have the fees wrong on money orders. I explained they were filled out correctly and there was no reason to deny them, he stated my daughter didn't explain that. I asked what she needed to explain? He said he wasn't going to argue with me but she could come back before they closed in ten mins and they would reverse the charges and accept the payment. I sent my daughter back and they refunded her in cash. Accepted the payment and still told my daughter it was her fault. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Reading other reviews, I'm wondering how these people are still employed.

Eva is awesome. This place is more than great. It's the only place to mail your bills and be reassured that they will get there on time. Customer service at it's best.

I really like coming to this post office. It’s small so sometimes there’s a line but the ladies that work here are all very friendly and knowledgeable.They are very helpful every time I come which is multiple times a week. ??

Horrible, my mom is visually impaired but very independant, she went in and told the staff she needs help filling out a paper, they refused and said she needs to call someone to help her. The clerk was Clerk #06

They are never nice or helpful. The ladies at the desk should find something else to do in live besides ruin other people's days.
