The guy who did his job there was actually doing his job. I was surprised to see they couldn't look up my account even with me giving them my info. They had to back and forth 4x and be denied access 4x before my account was accessable. Guess they're not hiring the most trustworthy people. Either way, this worker did assist me and for that, I give them a 3 star. But honestly, no access to the main terminal is hilarious. Get serious Verizon. You might earn more stars

I got a new phone and the sales person by I believe the name of Mikeal was very helpful and patient! He answered any questions I had and overall got things done quickly. Definitely a very positive experience ?!
