I got a new phone and the sales person by I believe the name of Mikeal was very helpful and patient! He answered any questions I had and overall got things done quickly. Definitely a very positive experience ?!

Ivan helped me today and he was wonderful. He was very professionaland explained everything in a way I could understand it. One thing that really stood out to me was when you walk in the door staff acknowledges you right away. I will diffently refer family and friends to this location.

Went there yesterday to buy a new iPhone. The clerk said they don't sell phones unless I also financed it. I ended a 20+ year relationship with Verizon and bought a new phone from Spectrum.It makes no sense to me for them to refuse to sell a phone unless it is financed through them .... unless they are somehow profiting off the finance charges.No matter, now all my devices are happily residing on the Spectrum system - after battling with Verizon to end locking of my phone numbers. Verizon is even worse than I thought was possible - and that's quite an achievement.

To: Verizon Wireless Store in Highland, CAThe employee who helped me, his name was Diego.He was very, very kind. If it hadn't been for his assistance, I wouldn't have been able to set up my phone.He called someone at your main office so they could walk me through setting up my pin number, and then communicated with her when I didn't understand what she wanted me to do.He helped me for almost an hour.Don't worry, I got there a little past 9 a.m.; the store had just opened, and no one else came into the store until a little after 10 am.I hope Diego's supervisor or manager sees this. He should get a bonus, a raise, or something. He was great!Thanks again, Diego. You're an awesome young man.God Bless!

We came in on Christmas Eve and were greeted immediately. The store is smaller which I think is better. Matt assisted us in less than 2 minutes and he was helpful the entire way through the process. He showed us all the different options available to us and told us what would work best for us. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was my second time visiting this associate and every time she has been very helpful and went out of her way to make sure that my experience was excellent. Good job. We need more people like this in the workforce. Her name was Genesis by the way

The workers in the store are very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve been having issue with my Verizon plan since months and no customer service ever called could fix the issue but they were able to help me and solve the problem in the nicest way and they dealt with a very upset customer in a calm and professional way.

I went into your store because I broke my phone and the store was busy. I only waited about 10mins to be helped. Genesis was the young lady who helped me. She gave me excellent service & helped me with the best phone to fit my needs. She took very great care of me & was very knowledgeable in getting my phone all set up. I prefer to come to your stores than to corporate stores. The other staff members where also very kind & helpful to everyone there that came in.

Went into the Highland location to switch two lines from AT&T……..the entire 3 hour experience from the beginning to end was filled with lies, and deceit!! Make sure you ask for a print out of the service they sold you to ensure you’re not being lied to about the cost. Also…..if you transfer from any cell phone service over to Verizon you get a $200 gift card. Unfortunately I didn’t find this out until after I left. I was told by the Manager Victor That if we bought new phone cases, screen protectors, and new wall charging adapters at time of activation we would get the gift cards….and unfortunately I fell for it. Just the accessories for the two phones was almost $300. Verizon needs to know that Victra is using the promotion for deceitful practices that in a court of law are in very bad faith!

Update......so after talking to the Verizon corporate office I was also informed that the $200 gift cards were given as a promotion for getting new phones as new Verizon customers. We were told by the Manager and the sales person that if we bought all the new accessories for the new iPhones in that store that day we would get $200 gift cards x 2 ....one for each line. Well we fell for it and bought two phone cases, screen protectors, and new wall jacks for the new iPhone connectors! Almost $200 worth of merchandise. Finding this out today really does reveal the level of deceit, and bad faith being executed by this manager Victor and teaching his staff to do the same. Verizon needs to cut the head off of the snake in efforts to not let it poison anymore staff! Next stop is the Better Business Bureau
