“Dr. Asaad successfully performed a mass removal and skin flap on my dog, who had a level 1 soft tissue sarcoma on his leg, near the bone. It was a long healing process but the staff was extremely patient with my reactive dog and even when wait times were long, it was always worth the wait. Better to come in and make an appointment, instead of calling. Staff is super kind and you can tell they care about all the animals that come in. Thank you to the whole team at Highland Village Pet Hospital for all you do. Love Jamie & Jax ??”

“Went for my kitten who was having a multitude of issues as well as for my grandma’s cat who has been having upper respiratory issues for the past month. When we got in the room not only did they do a thorough exam of both cats but they really made sure we addressed the issues we needed for them. For example we were told exactly how old my kitten was when we thought he was only a few weeks old but turns out he is 6 months old. They really worked with us with our budget too and I think the pricing was fair. I really recommend going to this vet. Doctor Blanchard was awesome.”

I started bringing my 16 y/o cat to do basic routine follow ups to be closer to home while remaining w another vet for her extensive treatment (Kidney failure, thyroid, heart murmur). What seemed like a scary transition of vets, became much smoother after working a Dr. Cain. She is a WEALTH of knowledge and really knows her stuff. Don’t be thrown off w bedside manners. She can be short and speaks quickly but this is NO indicator of the care she gives your pet! She is amazing! I feel so confident knowing my old babygirl is in great hands. I don’t need Dr.Cain to be my friend (though she still reassured and supported me). I need Dr.Cain to keep my baby alive and healthy. She even caught cardio risk factors that the other vet didn’t catch. I believe she mentioned having a specialty in cardiovascular care. Lastly, as someone who also suffers from a compromised immune system, I do not mind that she conducts her visit by phone or from a distance. Again, the care of my pet is never compromised. I hope this is helpful to you and your furry babies.”

“At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.”
“I brought my cat to this hospital because he had started vomiting more often, which worried me. The staff explained that blood tests & X-rays were needed to identify the cause & suggested enrolling in their animal care plan to help lower the original estimate for lab work. In total we ended up paying about $1,000. The results showed that my cat had thyroid issues related to the Friskies wet & dry food he had been eating previously. They recommended switching him to a strict Hill’s Science Prescription Diet & since then he has completely stopped vomiting & even regained the weight he lost. Although the prescription food is pricey, I’m just glad my cat is healthy & happy again. Getting a new prescription every 2-3 months can be a pain! The team treated him with care & respect & made sure I fully understood the financial options available in case of difficult situations. I highly recommend this hospital for all your pet’s needs!”
“Dr. Paul has been exceptionally kind and helpful to my dog, Cleopatra. We were struggling to find a good vet to help my dog with her newly diagnosed diabetes. The first visit was super helpful and Dr. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, he even called cleopatra a day after to make sure she was feeling better.
Cleopatra is a high-stress & untrusting dog, she hides under tables, chairs, or whatever if she’s at the vet and usually trembles. Dr. Paul spent quality time during our first exam helping cleopatra feel comfortable.
Dr. Paul is the ONLY vet that cleopatra didn’t stay hiding under the chairs. She came up to him on her own, took treats from him, and even let him touch her. (This never happens)
As fur parents we love our animals as our family. Dr. Paul made us feel like he loves cleopatra too. We are the most grateful.”
“It was my first time coming and the first time my pets had ever been to the vet. Everyone was really patient and considerate of the way my pets reacted (they were clearly uncomfortable and anxious, but did really good!) The vet was really thorough and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, their extra care is out of my price range, but I'm glad I was able to get a check up for my pets because of the free coupon they offered. Overall it was a good experience.”
“I was referred to this doctor by a good friend of mine. I called. I explained to the doctor my dog symptoms and she told me how to fix them over the phone At no charge. A few months later, I called and told her my dog might have an ear infection and she told me what to do over the phone. Most doctors would’ve told you to make an appointment which I did come in. It’s only $30. But I felt it was worth her knowledge”
“Arrowview has saved 2 of my cat's lives. Sure you have to wait but you can't beat the prices and they care about your pet. If I could give 10 stars I would. Expect to wait but the prices are worth it and the staff is amazing.”
