This store is usually well-stocked and clean. As long as you don't require assistance from the staff, it's great! If you want to purchase something that is locked up (an increasing amount of items), expect to wait at least twenty minutes for help. If you need to call the store...forget it. The automated system has about nine options and it's downhill from there. Yesterday, I asked for the operator. The phone rang ten times, someone picked up and hung up. I tried again. Same thing. Customer service is horrible.

I like shopping during the week and mornings to avoid the crowds. I was very impressed that a seasonal produced was available Hatch Farm green chiles in August/ early September!! This is very good chiles. I go for vitamins supplements and some women's clothing and hygiene products. Lines go pretty good at cashier stations.

Walmart Supercenter #1914 (Highland) I'd leave a ZERO (0) or a NEGATIVE rating if I could. They cancelled my delivery because of some unknown reason. The driver NEVER TEXTED ME for any reason. There is NO PLACE to even complain. NO ONE picked up the phone, and the Customer Service Chat is worthless. I will not shop at this Walmart again... will shop at either Walmart #3276 (San Bernardino near the University) or Walmart Supercenter #1862 (Rialto)

Witness these lovely couple walk from Walmart to Chevron gas station and trade 6 Tide pods for food and drinks at the Chevron gas station. On 8-10-2024 around 11:30 am.

The lines are always long even though there are many registers open. They have a good selection of fresh food, meats, dairy products, etc. You can really find anything here. Sometimes it is better to check the app ahead of time to see what aisle it is in and if it is in stock, or even order online and do curbside pickup it is really easy then, they just bring it right to your car.

Customer service with employees. I had a run-in with an employee by the name of Juan working in the parking lot. He didn't and scratch my car with baskets, and when I confronted him, he got rude and violent with his voice. I will never go back because employees there have no respect for customers.

Heather the checker on check stand 21 was very fast and efficient and was a great worker. I enjoyed talking to her and she made my checkout fast and was very nice

They should just close this store. Everything you want to buy is locked up and no staff to open the cages. The displays are always a mess and the store is dirty. I stood in the pharmacy line one day for 20 minutes and a dozen people came by to purchase pain killers. Customers rang for help, no one came. Finally someone grabbed a passing clerk who said they didn't have a key. Meanwhile, they must have 30-self serve scanners but never more than about 6 are open so the check-out lines are long. I never see the same checkers twice, even on the same day. (Walmart reportedly has a 70% turnover). I thought I'd give their online a shot, but I ordered 6 of the same item and only got 5 deivered. Even though each item was under $7 I had to go through a whole security process to get a refund. It took 20 minutes. Won't ever order online again! Also they don't take mobile payments which is ironic since they are so hyper-security conscious. Checks and credit cards are the most theft-prone transaction vehicles. I mostly avoid merchants who don't take mobile payments.

You know it is what it is. It's your local Walmart you'll never know what you're going to get sometimes are fully stocked sometimes they're sold out of everything sometimes you get a really nice worker sometimes you get the ones that just dgaf. Sometimes they'll be a shooting in the parking lot sometimes it'll just be a throw down. If your looking for an adventure walmart is the place you never know whats gonna happen and it always seems to be something.

My wife is paralyzed due to a botched chiropractic treatment and Walmart refuses to allow her access to the motorized carts for shopping purposes. Every time we attempt to shop at Walmart the security guard prevents people from taking the motorized cart outside the building. Paralyzed individuals CAN NOT WALK, and their anti-handicap policies are just wrong.

(UNFAIR TO DELIVERY DRIVERS) Bad horrible they are not fair at all to delivery drivers except spark ! If you're not a spark driver you can't use the self checkout and you have to wait in the long line, (elderly lady employee) in charge of self checkout was very rude and said "ok? Spark works for Walmart , you don't " when I RESPECTFULLY said I'm doing an instacart delivery with only ONE item and still had to wait 20mins in line for ONE item. 0 stars

What a group of totally incompetent people. And try asking for a manager. I think the manager probably hides out in the bathroom. After being there for an hour and a half I was still unable to do a return. I went to a another Walmart in Upland. And actual market Walmart and was able to complete the return there. The fact that they have a 1.7. They should have a -10 on Yelp. Avoid this place like a plague.

It's been over 30 minutes waiting for a glass door to be opened so I can buy a product, I'm still waiting, called the store but no one answered. Asked numerous employees for help and have yet to receive any.
