Thanks Ray and Leo from AG towing. AAA had us sitting on the road for 4 hours with four senior citizens one in the wheelchair before they canceled our call for help. AG towing had us out of there in 2 hours I wish AAA would have just called AG towing for us cuz they are going to pay for it anyway! Thanks again!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Got a tow within a half hour of calling. Very professional team. Driver was courteous and proficient in loading my vehicle even though I was in a bad spot. Unloaded and helped park my car exactly where I asked. Easy payment and a handshake to boot. Would highly recommend this company.

I have to give Ray & O'Neil alot of thanks for making sure my (Class A) Motorhome made it safe and sound. Keep in mind it's about 37' feet long. Also keep in mind that I have AAA. AAA sent him to Gustine, which wasn't the city my motorhome was in. My motorhome was in Gilroy. He drove around looking for us and was also waiting for AAA to respond. After contacting Ray, I had gotten in touch with AAA and was given the run around for hours. AAA advised me that he refused the service request, which was not true. After going back and forth for hours and not getting any sleep. Even after I was told by my doctor to be on bed rest and not talk, AAA insisted on making things worst. I had an attack while on the phone with AAA due to the agents telling my fiance and myself nothing but lies. It took about 3 days for AAA to come up with another reason why my motorhome couldn't be towed. After searching and calling almost every tow company from the south bay Ray was literally 1 of 2 companies that would tow the motorhome. After speaking to the other tow company which was located in Gilroy. We were told that they WOULD NOT tow it since there was frame damage. Which WAS NOT TRUE!!! After everything was said and done I had to pay for the request out of pocket. Even with a AAA roadside membership. There was a lot of risks dealing with a third party Yet with AG Towing I had no worries! Thanks again Ray & O'Neil
