I invited him to look at daily good size job and he came to look at but never responded back. Not even to let me know why he did not responded. He’s local contractor and I wanted award this project local contractor.I would never call him again for any projects.

DAC Remodeling did our remodel on the sadly neglected 90-year-old home we inherited. Dave and his team made sure we were aware of the progress every step of the way. They set a schedule and adhered to it, and responded quickly and professionally to questions and concerns. Any problems were quickly corrected to our satisfaction. We will have no hesitation to recommend this company. Thanks Dave, Arlean, Carl, and the whole team who worked so hard, and gave us a beautiful new house that we are so proud of.

We met David at the Modesto Home Show on March 4 and put our name on the list to be called back. He seems like nice guy, but after waiting 10 days I had not heard from them, so March 14, I called to make an appt. The lady on the phone said I was not even on their list. Weird, but maybe they lost the page. We made an appt for 9am on the 24th. At 9:15 I started getting a bad feeling, so I called DAC and David apologized but informed me that I was not on their calendar. That's 2 mixups already. The odd thing is that he didn't even ask who I was, so how did he know who he was talking to. As a business owner I'd at least want to check that it was not an appt on a different day.

Called to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel ,was told someone would call me the next week. It's now been approx. 6 weeks and no response. Don't seen to be needing any work.

DAC Remodeling has transformed the exterior of our little 1950s house! We had spent years scraping, sanding, painting, replacing, and loving the original redwood shiplap siding (well, not continuous years, but a lot of summers!). Finally I gave in to my husband and decided life was too short, and it was time to stucco. Dave and his crew came out and repaired dry rot, added blown-in insulation, and did an absolutely fabulous job on the stucco. We left the front of the house sided to keep it looking original, and Gerardo did a really wonderful, and professional, job prepping and painting. We just had them come out to complete the job by painting the detached garage, and it's the best our house has ever looked. Dave was great at keeping us updated as the project unfolded, and we really enjoyed working with the entire crew. I can't recommend these guys highly enough - honest, professional, and a level of craftsmanship that's hard to find these days.

DAC remolded my bathroom with walk in shower removed a wall add a pocket door. Great work & his team was awesome clean and very pleasant.
