“Jack runs a lean operation. He fit us in to a full schedule and worked extra hard to get things done on time given some issues we had with a different butcher. Service was personalized, custom, and he did an amazing job. Reluctantly, I am highly rating him as I know he has limited volume in what he can do and am worried too many people will start using him and he won't have time for us :)”
