“My Enterprise fleet vehicle suffered a breakdown while on a long work related drive leaving me hundreds of miles from home. I called the 800 number and spoke to a live operator state side who within a matter of minutes had a tow set up to nearest dealership and had me in a replacement vehicle able to get home same day! I was in a small town mind you and Enterprise had an office there. The one person staffing it had to lock the office up and picked me up to save me a walk or Uber. Then the Enterprise staff stayed in contact with me throughout ensuring tow was handled and that replacement vehicle was ready for me. They even followed up next day. This Enterprise team was top notch turning what could have been an overnight disaster into a safe at home same day trip. Thank you Enterprise!”
