Very satisfied to have received an upgraded vehicle, Chrysler Pacifica, for my reservation on such short notice. It was an enjoyable and comfortable ride! Car was clean. Extending my vehicle rental another day was easy. The Hollister Enterprise agent was accommodating! Will book again the next time in the area!!

I called several places, including this Enterprise rental center, I explained my urgent situation and that I needed something ASAP and when I needed the vehicle picked up by, the agent explained they would have one ready for me by 9am today, but when I went to pickup the vehicle they called me on the way and said "oops our agents and people at the rental center see two different things, sorry we wont have your vehicle ready until 12 noon or 1pm" meaning an agent somewhere in a different part of the world can book your rental, you can go about your day not knowing that that has nothing to do with the actual rental facilities inventory or availability for pickup, on top of that when I called my surrounding cities same rental center, they offered a "economy" older smaller vehicle for 20$ MORE than original priced vehicle. Miserable experience

Called in and got a rental reservation for a Toyota Camry due to my vehicle needing repair and I have to go to work. Walked 5 mile from the repair shop to enterprise 300 gateway hollister, come to find out there was no car available for me to rent. Terrible service.

Stressful experience at this location this is the second time this happens when a reserve at this Hollister location. Knowing the holidays where close I made a reservation back in November for January 2nd. They called me on Friday 12/29 afternoon an hour before closing and knowing they're close Saturday and Monday January 1st.(holiday) and say sorry we won't have your reservation available for January 2nd. I was pretty stressed out because we already had Airbnb reservation, my kids very excited for the trip. And they called me the last minute to say they won't have the vehicle available ? and said they will call me back Saturday ( When they're close on Saturdays) ridiculous.Good thing I called Gilroy and they were so understanding and nice to find me a vehicle for my trip.

Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Hollister is the Gold Standard in customer service. I travel a lot and have rented cars in the United States, and abroad. Hollister’s “Duane Jones, “Rizmi Marzook”, “Isabel,” and “Adam” have no equal in terms of friendly, efficient, professional service. The rental vehicles are always clean, reliable, and available. But it is the warm greeting and genuine concern for the customer that sets this foursome apart. This morning I returned the rental car at 9:30 AM. “Duane” was the manager on site. By the time I had returned home, at 10 AM, the receipt was waiting for me, no surprises, and the deposit had been credited. Contrast this service to United Airlines telling me I had to wait two credit card billing cycles for a refund. I cannot speak too highly of this amazing team. “Five stars” doesn’t do them justice.

This is the absolute worst enterprise in existence. I was stranded in Hollister with a broken down car and my card chips would work. They’re systems don’t take Apple Pay or let you swipe so they basically said “we can’t help you”. This is the only car rental in Hollister. I am appalled. They wouldn’t even manually enter a card with an authorization form or anything.

I have rented from Hollister Enterprise twice. I recently rented from them when my car was getting some body work done due to an accident. The person working was able to guide me through getting my insurance to book the car at a discounted rate. I had to extend the booking twice due to the body shop taking longer than expected and it wasn't an issue at all. I had great service. The only feedback I would have is that they need more than one person working there. It was too busy for just one person to handle.

I have been trying to contact the local office to schedule a pickup from my home to pick up the rental car. I already have the car reservation, just needed to schedule the ride to their office. No one ever answers the phone and after a while, their automated system drops the call. This is terrible customer service.Edit - Don't believe the response from the "owner". I have already contacted Enterprise corporate CS about this issue. The agents sent messages to this location to contact me to schedule the pickup. One agent even tried to call the office themselves and no one picked up for him either. He provided feedback to his management.

Horrible service! They never answer the phone been blowing up the phone and no one answer for a few days now. Better to call the 1 800 number to get a hold if you really need service.
