“Very nice roadside stop location along the 152/Pacheco Pass Hwy. We only needed to use the restrooms, which were clean and well stocked. There's an adjoining parkette with trains and animals which is very cool for the kiddies. The store has a large selection of fruits and produce, nuts, and all kinds of other things. There's also the Casa de Restaurant if you want a full meal. Definitely worth the stop if you're travelling through the area.”
“I love this place! They always have great, fresh fruits, jellies, nuts to sell. Loved their "u pick" cherries days when they have those days available.”
“All things apricot can be had here. The frozen apricot slushy was delish, and the chocolate dipped apricots were so addictive. We were road tripping with limited space for gifts or I would have bought out their supply to bring home. Very cool find.”
“Patty and Gary have a huge variety of products to choose from. Growing up and as an adult my favorite was always the dried slabs. These are the ripest apricots and when dried are very sweet. Their trail mix is also delicious. You can't go wrong with anything there. Ask to sample something too.”

“I absolutely love this little place. It's usually the highlight of our 6.5 hour roadtrip that we take every so often.
Everytime we travel to San Francisco from Los Angeles and vice versa, we always stop here so that I can stock up on all of the local made goodies such as the caramel apples (my favorite), taffys, homemade rice crispy treats, dried fruits, and more. You can't get them anywhere else. You may think it's just a Chevron, but it's a hidden gem for many things in my book. We joke that when the last caramel apple is eaten, and the last piece of taffy is chewed, it's time for another road trip to San Francisco. I 100% recommend this little chevron outside of Hollister.
We discovered this place on accident in 2023, and we are glad we did. Still stopping by in 2025! and will be stopping here until time no longer permits.
Lastly, it's not just the most delicious caramel apples ever, but some are coated in chocolate, oreo, pie, and I even saw a reeces pieces coated apple (there was one left and you know I got it), and more. You just have to stop by for these products that you won't find anywhere else.
Place is always super clean and the cashiers are always extremely friendly.”
“Cute fruit stand with local goods, their dried apricots were so tasty! They sold a bunch of dried fruit options, also an assortment of fresh fruits and veggies. They also had gift baskets with oils and vinegars with snacks.”
