Tyler Ledden was exceptional. He listened to me as I talk about the lost of my parents and help me to create the perfect policy. He washed my worries away and helped me to feel more confident about my future, excellent customer service very knowledgeable and friendly. Lauren Appelbaum was fantastic. She helped me understand my current insurance policy and reviewed my needs and reminded me of some needs I had forgotten. Had a virtual meeting today with David Graham from AIL. He is an awesome representative and we were happy to speak with him! He was very pleasant, professional and very informative explaining all the details of the plans. Although we did not sign-on at this time, he was very understanding and did not pressure us or make us feel guilty for not signing up. At the end, we very much like what is being offered, that I have Dave's personal contact to reach out to to him and have our daughter and eldest son have an appt. in the near future. AIL, you have an awesome employee and kudos to him for doing a great job!!!
