Gold's Gym is a very clean and remodeled fitness facility, known for its professional management and friendly staff. It offers a women's only gym area, providing a secure and safe environment for its members. The gym is constantly making improvements and upgrading equipment, with a recent complete remodel that has turned out much better than expected. The fresh look and new equipment, combined with a friendly staff, make it a great place to work out in and around Hollister. The gym is pretty well equipped, and the nice people working at the front add to the welcoming atmosphere. The women's restroom is always clean and well maintained. However, the gym might be a little bit small, making machine to machine distance close. Despite the size, it is worth checking out. Air circulation could be improved for a more comfortable experience.
So far my overall experience has been great I like the staff very friendly and great to chat with. And other than that everything else is amazing.

The gym is very clean for all the foot traffic that is coming and going. As for the staff, they are very pleasant and greet customers when they come in and or leave. I wish this gym had 100lb plates a sled, swimming pool and a steam room.
