Please specify beforehand that there is a $3 “computer service fee”. It does not seem fair I had to find out about this only after my single page print was complete (so really paid 2x what I would have paid at FedEx). It also would have been nice to know there was a cheaper paper option I could have chosen for my particular print job ahead of time.
Had I known about the above upfront I would have still supported a small business but to find out afterwards just didn’t sit right. With just a little bit of effort from customer service my first experience could have been much better :( Quality of the print was acceptable.

Called to get a quote for flyers and business cards and felt like I was not being taken serious and treated like they were in a hurry to get off the phone. Very poor customer service l, wouldn’t recommend them.

Postal Graphics !! Does it yet Again No Surprise!! that company is absolutely wonderful. The girls are sweet as pie! their work ethic is just amazing. They help so much something just burdening me for the last 10 days and wow they just took it right out of my hands. Thank God they are always kind efficient and the prices always right they deserve a 10 star rating. Thanks again post graphics. You are amazing and the best and I highly recommend this company to everyone and I'm from GILROY. I do all my business needs here. Thank you girls!

I have used the services here for 19 years for both professional and personal uses. They are always helpful, accommodating, go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need, when I need it. We are lucky to have a business like this that consistently delivers. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I've been a customer of Postal Graphics for many years. The reason I keep going back is their outstanding Customer Service. I always leave getting done what I need with a smile. Everyone is great, especially the woman with the magenta (now missing) hair.

I don't know what everyone else was talking about with the price! I got 40 photos printed for 38 dollars, less than what it would've been at a larger print store like walgreens. Employees were nice and I was able to pick up my order the next day!

I dropped off my package Monday 7/31 and today Thursday 8/03 still shows no movement. I went in and the tall lady there said they dont save any kind of records and they cant do anything about it. I just dont understand what kind of drop off this is if its not guaranteed! Where is my package. Who is going to pay for what i lost?! Dont drop anything here!!!! Worst place ever!

Very pleasant experience today at Postal Graphics. I dropped off a package for FedEx pick up. Attendant was polite and helpful. Good news Hollister, they accept and ship for UPS and FedEx! Choose to drop of your returns here!

I have given this store a few tries, and I'm just done. Last straw was me returning a postage paid UPS package and asking for a tracking receipt. I was told by one of the employees, "we don't print those for customers" Really so I'm going to trust you with my $500 return. Nope, I told her that's fine I will go to The UPS Store here in Hollister. And I did, they are so friendly, and I didn't even have to ask for a tracking receipt they just automatically printed it. Don't waste your time with this place, just go straight to the UPS Store by Big 5. They are friendly and very helpful.

Helpful gals. Seems a bit expensive although I don't utilize this type of business much. I will definitely use it for FedX and UPS needs since UPS by Lucky grocery is terrible!
