“What an excellent tow truck service and auto mechanic. Macario is the man, is all I could say. I got in an accident and my truck looked like it was ruined. I called J&A, they were down the road where I got hit, and they arrived in 5 minutes. He was totally hands on pro at putting my truck onto his flatbed and he took me home. On the way, we negotiated the work and he agreed to take it to his shop and work on it. I went and checked today, man, work was done. My tire looks right again. He did the job we agreed on and I'm very happy. I'm posting this review, just got off the phone with him, he accepts credit cards so that's a huge plus. I totally recommend Macario and J&A towing,auto,and truck mechanics. Real pro's who get the job done. Thank you Macario and the rest of J&A for your services to me.

Recently brought the car in with a major breakdown and they researched it and found a warranty policy we didn't even know we had to cover it 100%. “San Benito Auto Wreckers is professional and honors their word. I ordered a trunk lid for a 2018 Nissan Sentra a silver one, they had 2 of them, and had another request from another shop the same day. They accidentally sent my part to the other shop, but when I called they treated me very professionally, acknowledged the mistake and corrected it very quickly by picking up my part from the other shop and delivering it to me the very next day. At a busy place like this, once in a while mistakes happen, but the way the got on it and took care of it was outstanding, they did not leave me hanging, much appreciated to the guys there including Ramon, Jacob.
