Avis Car Rental Hollywood operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. They are so good, with easy pick up and return, and they will make sure you get the best price. The staff are very helpful, polite, and provide a delightful customer experience, working hard even when there is a wait. Service is super quick and the return is fast and faultless. The cars supplied are great, though they can have cosmetic scratches from use. Unfortunately, they do not honor free upgrade privileges for higher tier members, which is not shown in website details. Overall, they are highly recommended for their service.

I have been using this specific Avis for quite some time now. Due to work I often have the luxury of renting a car with a company discount; over 50 rentals at least with this location. The service has always been exceptional from all that assist me, especially Wendy. Will continue to do business with these guys.

I’m sorry to say the two stars is actually honest and appropriate. By that same note though, these people work at Avis in the worst part of Hollywood in a trailer in a parking lot, so be nice to them.
