Went in to order checks, left with a savings account I didn't ask for and my checking account is so fucked up I can't do ANYTHING right now. These people are so incompetent and unhelpful it's actually so fucking frustrating.

Another rave review for BofA! They are terrible. I mean wow! A new low. Let's start off with there are only 2 tellers open- max. The line wraps forever and the staff are very rude and unhelpful. In addition you can see them behind the glass having their little parties. It's disgusting, rude and unprofessional. In addition it seems no one speaks English. Gustavo has to be the biggest offender. He should be working at the dmv! Gracias

* This is for bofa call center and banking institutions. My spouse has lost his card and attempted to make a transfer so he'd have access to his funds while they promised to send the replacement in one week. Unfortunately, Bank of america has stalled his transfer to HIS OWN BANK. He has not yet received a new card in over a week. Their business practices seem unproductive, and some agents seem unwilling to adhere to their own policy based on how little training they have. We have every intention of addressing their unwavering unprofessional practices that we experienced. And we will get our funds back to us where it belongs.

I give 1 star for the convenient parking, but the rude woman who "helped" me can have zero stars for my treatment. I walked in to the branch on a Saturday to handle some family business and with her rude questioning, even before I got in her cubicle, I knew she was going to be of no help. First of all, she told me she couldn't help me and then she said, let me see if I can help you and then turns out she could, but didn't know how to go about it, all while she's cutting me off and not allowing me to finish explaining what I needed. Her whole demeanor toward me basically said, I don't feel like helping you today. I also learned that all BofA branches don't speak the same bank language, so that part was also a pain in a** too. Another department of the BofA wasn't open, so she told me that I need to come back on next week. Never in my life would I waste my time again with her. I would post her picture, but just know it's the cubicle chick with dark hair and who speaks slight broken English. She sat in a cubicle that said "Mario Mariscos", but doubt she's that person. I left out of there without saying thank or good bye because she didn't deserve either. My advice to her is to quit Customer Service and go in the bank and just count the money. She shouldn't be around Gen Pop, with her nasty demeanor.

Slowest bank ever, it took so long I had time to come write this review. They also spend more money on having people in the lobby than they spend on actual tellers.

I live near this branch and nearly every time I go they let someone cut in front of the huge lines they always have. It seems like there's a select group of customers that the tellers allow to cut in front if everyone.

This is not just ATM's. The Bank of America branch that was here closed for a complete remodel over a year ago but it has now reopened. The remodel makes some sense since before remodeling they had a huge cavernous space. They have taken all of that space and utilized a lot of it for individual office space for their financial services. The teller windows have been moved up front near the entrance so you do not have to venture in real far if you are just in need of banking services that a teller can provide. If you require financial assistance through their financial services such as Merrill Lynch, they now have individual space for that which also provides some amount of privacy. They still have 3 ATM's on the outside of the building that can be accessed 24\\\\7 for your convenience.

Security guard was very helpful to me, telling me which ATM's were best to use and directed me. I didn't get his name but he was a cool black dude. Thanks

I am leaving this review as a warning to all B of A customers and potential future customers. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH B OF A!! I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done. If you're a B of A customer, you should pull all of your money out immediately and go to Chase, a credit union, any banking institution that is not Bank of America. If you're considering using B of A, don't...Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

They've been closed for over a year and a half. In order to get into your safety deposit box you have to set an appointment. For those that work Monday through Friday. GOOD LUCK Allegedly they only take appointments on Wednesdays... They lie. If you push them hard enough they will accommodate you. Honestly, chase bank is open, Wells Fargo is open, East West is open, credit unions are open, smaller financial institutions are open... That's where I'd put my money.

You have a good chance of being robbed at this location. Homeless people sit against the atm the entire time you're using them. They used to have security when the location was open but they no longer exist.
