I just had a terrible experience. Spent 30 min waiting for them to fix a printer to print out a cashiers check only for them to tell me its not working, do you want to wait. Can't get that time back. Terrible experience. Please fix your equipment.

They were super helpful and friendly staff!!! It wasn’t crowded it was clean.

Staff here is terrible. I'm comparing this to banks I have been a member of and I have also worked for one as well. They would rather do the bare minimum and cause inconvenience than actually do their jobs. Customer service is not something this bank values.
