Kept very clean and organized,staff is wonderful 🤗Lots of storage and closet space for hanging ,tap laundry in building at you’re expense found laundry soap in machine very convenient although they should consider one more brand as I’m allergic to that one offered hahah 😂Awsome feature of free coffee and tea pods ,lots of news and tv channels ,restaurant choices in building ,non smoking can smoke on the outside building,kid and pet freindly ,wheelchair accessible,Swimming pool,nice view in lobby part I was on the third floor ,parking ,bedding and towels very clean ,overall no complaints see y’all again soon 😊

I must admit, it wasn't quite what I anticipated. It is more motel than a hotel. The room was adequate, but the pillows were mini pillows and flat.
The bedding was less than ideal, lacking a fitted sheet and a proper blanket. Instead, there was a mattress protector, several flat sheets, and a thin throw blanket.

The absolutely worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. They DOUBLE charged than acted like they didn’t. Was told I would be refunded the same night. I wasn’t. Than next they told me I’d get it first thing the next morning. Another lie. Now I can’t get it until after checkout. Table was sticky, floor had crumbs. Didn’t have a fridge or microwave, didn’t know we were supposed to have one until we mentioned we didn’t have any. They Didn’t have any quarters for the washer & dryer. Ants all over the table. Would take a motel 6 with crackheads over this.

We reserved an accessible king Jacuzzi room for our trip to a Hollywood Bowl show. I don't think we were given an accessible room, even though my wheelchair fit in the room, because the wheelchair did not fit in the bathroom, and I risked injury getting in and out of the Jacuzzi, which both my husband and I needed at the end of each day due to pain conditions.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was incredibly loud though, with all the traffic noise and the clattering from the café kitchen below. Thankfully, the noise from the air conditioner was like a white noise machine that helped drown some of that out.
The location can't be beat if you're attending a show at the Hollywood Bowl or strolling the Hollywood Walk of Fame, as both are within easy walking distance...as long as you're not pushing a wheelchair uphill or self-propelling a manual wheelchair. The hotel is not far from the paid parking lots for these attractions, and actually closer to the Hollywood Bowl than some event parking lots.
As for on-site parking, we paid $20/day for our rental vehicle, which was a reasonable price. But parking is very limited and extremely tight. If you are not experienced at parking in tight spaces, you're going to have a hard time.
Our room did not get cleaned the entire length of our stay, which was four nights. We didn't leave our room until about noon most days, but most hotels do send housekeeping back to service rooms that they couldn't get into at some point in the afternoon. I used to work in a hotel, and this would have been unacceptable for the housekeeping staff. I blame hotel policy more than the housekeeping staff for this oversight.
Overall, we picked the best hotel for the price and location we needed...and the Jacuzzi. But if you're disabled, be aware they might not give you an accessible room even when that's what you booked. We got in so late at night, with so much pain and exhaustion, that we didn't have it in us to go back to the desk to see about getting a different room. I could only do that because I am able to transfer out of my wheelchair and walk short distances, but it would have been unworkable if my mobility was more limited.

Situation.idéale pour la visite d Hollywood .!!L hôtel dispose d un parking(payant mais bien utile !!),de chambres bien propres et d un personnel très agréable !il y a de plus un petit restaurant juste à côté qui permet aussi d 'y prendre un copieux petit déjeuner servi par une personne charmante et efficace..Un hôtel à recommander ainsi que le petit restaurant attenant.

We were denied our rooms at Hilton next door due to an error in rates that Hilton made. They would not honour the booking. So we ended up at Best Western. The folks at the front desk were lovely and so helpful. The hotel rooms were quite nice, even though the rooms open up to outdoors. Everything felt safe and clean. The parking was a bit tight but very reasonably priced. Most importantly, they were empathetic and accommodated us when Hilton would not honour our reservations.
Walkability: Easy walking distance to Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Great location. Close to Hollywood Boulevard. But there are also a lot of marginalized people around the hotel.
Rooms simple and small. Service ok. Friendly reception. There was no room service. Eating not possible.

Clean and nicely appointed. Not fancy. Close to Hollywood, Magic Castle, and Hollywood Bowel. Highland is a very busy street when concerts at the bowel.

The staff are amazing. The rooms could be cleaner. The c-table in my room was sticky and a little dirty. Stay was perfect for my concert at the Hollywood bowl.
Walkability: A quick walk to The Bowl, walk of fame and ovation outdoor mall. Also nearby a nice corner store and sushi restaurant.
Food & drinks: Mexican restaurant is tasty. Just wish they had a bar

You are definitely staying here for the location. The proximity to the Hollywood bowl and the Hollywood walk of fame is key. Found some hairs in the bed and shower but overall it was okay

We stayed here for 8 nights and was very happy with our stay. They let us check in early and parking was easy. Great location to walk to everything in Hollywood.
