Chase Bank is located in a strange and interesting, still-splendid building, though the interior is surprisingly cramped due to poor space usage. The location is very convenient and parking is available. Staff are described as very courteous, perfectly professional, friendly, and helpful. Employees, including tellers and a cheerful security guard, work hard and provide efficient, unentertaining service. The building itself is a diverting and weird point of interest, with customers noting the crumbling ruins of an out-of-order fountain in what used to be a courtyard. While some aspects of the environment or other visitors may not be to everyone's liking, the general sentiment is that the staff are nice and deserve a break as they work hard to earn money. The bank's excellent credit products also receive a positive mention.
I had such a pleasant experience at Chase today, I just had to write a review. I had multiple things I needed including, a cashiers’ check, replacing a lost card, withdrawal and address change. Leslie helped me with all that and more with a smile. Her knowledge and customer service went above and beyond. Thank you, Leslie!

I have always found the tellers here to be very courteous. Thank you! Also it is a strange and interesting building, which makes waiting in the short lines more diverting.
