just awful, it's like they deliberately try to not be helpful. both pharmacy AND sales floor. very poor. I even found what I was looking for, and NO THANK YOU, I'LL GO ELSEWHERE!!! Everyone was expressionless, you could tell nobody wanted to be there, I could have been the customer, and I DIDNT WANT TO BE THERE!!!

CVS pharmacy staff and store employees are very kind, knowledgeable, and always very accommodating. I love going to the CVS on Vine Street because they make me feel welcomed.

Been using them for the past 3 years. We were there yesterday and we were told the medicine was gonna be ordered, yet we get there today and we get told the medicine is available over the counter. Totally disregarded the order placed the day before and from 5.99$ we end it up paying 20$ for the medicine. Asked a few questions to the pharmacist assistant and seemed to be bothered by the few concerns I had. I feel let down specially with such a small request. Two days spent to be told get it from the shelf..

One of the best kept CVS's of this entire city.
Well maintained, never long lines, and the associates are for once not miserable because it's not congested or dealing with petty shoplifting and theft. Keep it up on Vine!!

The pharmacist is rude every time, without fail. There's always a wait for her, and then you have to argue with her to get access to a drug you were already prescribed, and CVS has already said it is ready for you. I weaned off my anti-depressants because it was such a constant fight with this pharmacist. Don't visit this CVS Pharmacy unless you're prepared to advocate for yourself.
