Very bizzare behavior from the older blonde pharmacist and Russian tech. Refused to help and were rude , I was dropping off script for tooth infection and needed to start the antibiotics right away. She first screamed at me for it being 15 mins til close and said ‘WE ARE 100% CLOSED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!’ mind you, the freaking google info on the store says 24 hour pharmacy open….staring at her with a splitting sinus infection headache I then proceeded to ask for meds behind the counter to help since I wasn’t getting my antibiotics and she told me my insurance wouldn’t help with the sinus medication I was asking also to buy with the script right in front of her. Why does this location hire such unusual incompetent pharmacists who don’t even understand simple questions and yell at patients in pain ? Never coming back, odd and unprofessional behavior

I had one of my worst experience at this CVS, dealing with the pharmacist named: Monica. I have never dealt with anyone as unprofessional and rude as her. My husband and I were coming straight from Emergency room to fill out his antibiotic. He had kidney stone and in a lot of pain. He was seating in the car waiting until I get his prescriptions. I walked in to CVS at 6:50pm I gave the list of the medicines to Monica and told her that Kaiser pharmacy told me that the pharmacist at CVS has to call them to ask them to transfer the meds over. There were total of 4 and she told me she doesn't have one or two of them. I said no worries at all. I only need the antibiotic for tonight as it's critical for my husband to take it due to his kidney infection and his pain. first, she kindly called Kaiser right away and ask them to fax over the meds. I told her I will wait. I waited about an Hour and didn't hear anything. I went back up to her and asked if the prescription ready. She checked and said oh, no they never faxed it over. I said no problem, I will call them now to let them know to send it over asap. She said it's 10 minutes before we close, I won't be able to fill it for you. I said I have been waiting for an hour for this, and no one told me then that it wont' be ready. I could have called kaiser sooner to ask them to fax it over again. I then called kaiser on the phone and they picked up and I asked them to send it over, but she said I am not going to fill the prescription because we are about to close in 10 minutes.Then rudely she said, go to another CVS. As my time and situation doesn't matter at all. I told her my husband has been in pain waiting in the car for an Hour. You are the closest CVS to me, and I don't know of one open in this area. She was so rude and said I can't help you. Worst than that, the pharmacy tech Jocelyn came and almost close the window on me. Also, Monica the pharmacist said she needs to leave now and said I am not going to help you. It was 8pm when I left. I had to go to 3 other CVS's in hollywood with my poor husband in the car in severe pain to find out that they are all close. I then dropped off my husband home, went to CVS that was 30 mins away from my house, the only one that was closing at 10pm to fill his meds. That CVS in W 3rd st was the best. Amazing customer service, the pharmacist was so helpful and sweet and she filled all the 4 meds. Completely different experience. But, I didn't get home until 10:30pm after waiting in ER for 5 hours and had to leave my husband alone because Monica didn't want to fill the prescription because she didn't want to work 1 minute pass closing time, where I came to her an hour before the pharmacy closes and she made me wait and then kicked me out. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacist and not to mention being ganged up by her friend the pharmacy tech Jocelyn. I don't appreciate this service and I hope this doesn't have to anyone. Just because she thinks she has the power at the moment, doesn't mean she should treat people rudely and aggressively. I will transfer all my meds from there and will not ever deal with them.

I went in to buy some late night snacks with my husband and while being there I needed to use the restroom. I asked the guy at the register if I can use the restroom and when I said that he looked scared . Then Greg walked up and the guy asked Greg and Greg with a bad demeanor said “ no they’re closed tonight “ he didn’t have to say it like that or. With an attitude. Come on Greg do better

YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A HUMAN THE PHONE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW IT!!! UNACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH AN IMPORTANT SERVICE!!!!!!!! CVS HAS GONE INTO THE TOILET I WILL FROM NOW ON FILL MY SCRIPT AT RITE AID OR ELSEWHERE THEY DO NOT DESERVE MINE OR YOUR BUSINESS!!

NOT OPEN 24/7!!! Even tho there is a neon sign saying it’s open 24 hours it is not. Opens up at 6am.
