Worst FedEx experience ever! They said my prepaid label would cost an additional $10 to take which is completely BS. I've been to numerous FedEx locations at hotels and never have been charged extra. Matthew was smug and rude when I mentioned this fact. Never go here, they are scam artists!

these guys are real idiots... I gave the UPS address to receive my package but they went looking for some apartment number... of course they didn't find the apartment number and returned the package back 🤦🤦

Do not go here they charge extra fees based on weight of packages ! No other location does this. They should close this location down.

The office is located on the 3rd floor, so you need to pass through the lobby to take the elevator.
The staff are friendly, especially Thomas, who helped me return my package.
The only downside is that you have to pay a handling fee because it's located inside a hotel.
However, considering the distance to other FedEx Offices and the convenience of having this service inside the hotel, the fee is understandable.

Located inside the Loews hotel on the 3rd floor. My service was quick and efficient! The two men helping me ship off my package were very kind and knowledgeable. Amazing service, so friendly! Will definitely come back to this location.

They charge an extra fee for shipping due to the hotel(?). Was able to drop off my prepaid package at another Fedex for free (duh) rather than pay 10 here. Super nice staff tho

Nice person working there but dropping off a pre-paid and labeled package costs an additional 4 bucks a pound. Only use if you absolutely can't make it to another FedEx.

The person who worked here was very nice and helpful, but this location has an additional weight-based fee (starting at $2, if I recall correctly). This location is tucked away inside a hotel and is otherwise fine, and the person working the counter helpfully told me about the two closest locations. But an extra fee for no discernible reason is no-go from me.

I've used this location for several print jobs and have never been disappointed at all. Robert and Jacques are really helpful and have always done quality work for me.
