The worst incompetent and entitled associates. Absolute trash, they should close down. The associates at the window treatment department can't even use a computer and don't understand their own system.

My senior parents ordered a refrigerator yesterday at this Home Depot Sunset Blvd location. They have the worst delivery service and they charge $79! Their driver left the refrigerator on the sidewalk. This is very unacceptable, it's not an item that can easily be carried inside, this is a refrigerator!!!! They are seniors! Shame on you for charging $79 for the worst delivery service! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Absolutely the worst customer service! It's always been semi decent as far as their customer service but it's gone way down hill. Came to return something and had no clue I had to wait I'm line on the other side of the registers. That being said I had to wait a bit longer which is fine I was confused because there was Absolutely zero signage. But then when I'm next in line and get called up this guy who wasn't in the right spot tried to go first after I was yelled at by 2 people. Then he calls me all kinds of obscene names as the girl ringing me up was giggling. I'd rather drive to the valley then deal with these unprofessional people!! Shame on you home depot

Bought 3 appliances from this Home Depot. Their delivery teams are the WORST. The first team broke our P-Trap when installing our dishwasher -- and neglected to connect the steam water hose to our LG dryer. When the second team came out to connect the steam function on the dryer, they moved the vinyl flooring underneath the appliances, which had been left in place perfectly by the first team. This has caused a TRIP AND FALL DANGER in our laundry area because the appliances are on a platform, and it looks HORRIBLE. Have spent HOURS trying to get Home Depot to fix this and it's still not rectified. They made a claim with their claims company, Sedgwick, which has an "F" rating on BBB so I'm not expecting much from Sedgwick. Home Depot -- YOU MUST FIX THIS BEFORE IT CAUSES AN ACCIDENT! The Home Depot Customer Service told me to speak with the COS or manager of the store and NO ONE EVEN ANSWERS THE PHONE HERE! I let it ring for 10 solid minutes! The flooring was PERFECT after the first team did the install, the second team messed it up. SHAME ON THEM! FIX THIS, HOME DEPOT!!!!

I recently started a renovation project on our home, stopped by here after picking some other supplies up. The selection at this store is as basic as all the others, it is quite large though. The prices are higher on a few things I've noticed. A lot of things are locked up. I wanted to get a power tool, they said they'd get somoene to help, i took over a half hour. The customer service here is seriously lacking

I've heard of others having problems here, lots of problems actually, but have never encountered any. Staff has always been pleasant and helpful and process are still very competitive overall for most items.Really can't complain, thanks to your team!

Worst HD ever. 30-50 people hanging in the parking lot every day, make parking impossible.Everything is locked up inside the store, can't buy anything above 30 bucks under 30m wait for each shelf to open.Hire security, kick peoples out from the parking lot. Problem solved....Update: now really almost everything is locked , literally faster to buy stuff online from amazon now. And the paper bag? For this kind of store? You guys kidding, right? I'm moving my daily shopping to somewhere else from today.I wish i could give -5 stars

The return policy here is....less than ideal. You need the receipt and the exact debit card with you, or else they'll give you store credit. Even though once you have those, it then takes 5 days for the amount to reappear back on your card. It makes no sense why they can't be like every other modern store and just make the return straight to the debit card it was purchased on without all the hassle. Extremely inconvenient and I'd have been better off purchasing at Lowes where they can just scan the bar code and return it back from whence it came.

Today is pouring rain and I was in need of a umbrella. I called the store to make sure the large umbrellas I like are in stock. They have a new voice service that sent a link to my phone with all the umbrellas in stock. Once I got to the store I couldn’t find the umbrellas to save my life. I ran in to Chris while looking, he went above and beyond to help me. Chris is a shining example of the great service Home Depot on Sunset can offer.
