Our parents were insured by State Farm with the elder Mr Olson before I could drive. Fast forward a few decades later, all our policies are still bundled with State Farm.... home, auto, rental, umbrella, earthquake .... no other company including AAA can beat the cost with loyalty discounts, although the cost is secondary. Jim Olson's staff provides the most excellent customer service.... extremely personable and responsive✨💛✨. Their customer portal is convenient to make payments, research history and report mileage.

Jim and his team are so responsive! There was a snafu with my license because of moving states and they kept me informed of the process to get everything fixed and were instrumental in making sure my insurance didn’t lapse! Thank you Jim and team!

Jim Olsen has been my insurance agent for over 20 years now. I have home and auto insurance through him. His staff is able to handle most of my needs, but if I need to speak to Jim personally, he is extremely responsive. He is very down-to-earth and easy to talk to, and I feel like he is always on my side.

Jim, you and all of the staff have always been there whenever I had any concerns or issues. The customer service that I get from your office is great and truly appreciated!! It’s nice to know that you care and always make yourself available for my questions about my car ,life and pet coverages .

My experience with this State Farm agent has always been better due to the efforts and knowledge of Amber Smyser. Some 20 years in the business, so she always has the right answer and knows the best options. If you are unfortunate enough to have a claim - she doesn't become unresponsive like the typical insurance agent. Like a good neighbor, Amber is there.

Damon is amazing, in all my years with Jim Olson, which have always been good, no one has been so proactive in helping me with my policies and how to save money. Secondly, he is very personable and went above and beyond what I had initially called for. I can’t recommend him enough. He is the kind of employee that everyone should want to hire and keep.
