He had the tile I loved for 2/3 the price of the same tile up in my area of CA. Even paying shipping, I paid a lot less. Then the best part - the service provided by Lev was great. He responded quickly to emails and phone calls, got my tiles shipped in good time. Some of the tiles arrived broken, and he had replacement tiles shipped quickly at no extra charge and was careful to get my same dye lot. “We decided to upgrade our kitchen counters and after research decided to check out Giallo Stone. The showroom contained a wide variety of colors and materials. Once we decided the material and color the installation process was simple. They came to our house once and measured the counters and backsplashes. They scheduled a crew to come to our house to demo the existing aged limestone counters and install our new ones. They were fast and clean. We expected lots of dust and debris, there was none. I was especially impressed when I subsequently chipped a piece of the counter by accident, and they sent a repair person who quickly fixed it perfectly. We would highly recommend Giallo Stone.”

They came to the table with great design ideas too which really helped create our dream bathroom. From the very first visit, Alvaro was knowledgable, transparent and honest. He guided us through the design phase, sharing tips and suggestions to get the best quality work at an affordable price and recommending different materials to purchase so we could really tailor the bathroom to our needs. Once all the materials were here, his crew was onsite for the 5 weeks it took to totally remodel our 2 closets into a brand new bathroom. Was really impressed by fact they spent the whole first day prepping the house so that his team could work efficiently without making any messes (this paid off big time during the messier bits like concrete cutting and sanding drywall). “My god it's so cute in here! A beautiful, atmospheric little kitchenware store in a mall behind Little Tokyo. It's so quiet but the bell chimes inside are so welcoming. The manager (?) is also really nice :) The prices are fair and everything is presented neatly. I personally appreciate their iron teapots, I will definitely be back to splurge. The designs they have are definitely more sleek and earthy than the majority of homewares sold in Little Tokyo! i love it here”

“Gigantic selection of nice natural stone, composite and everything in between. They sell mostly by the slab, but they do have a small selection of remnants and partial slabs you can look through. Our salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, didn't try to push us into anything, when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, he even invited us to look at some of the nearby competitors (we came back though). They were also helpful connecting us to an installer. Highly recommend.”

“Most of their items cost wayyy less than Home Depot and just as good quality. Plus they carry certain products that most big name hardware stores don't carry but are vital when doing repairs. It's my go to spot when I'm working in that area. I would recommend it to tradesman.”

“We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. Guillermo Franco, who is their GM, actually drove to my house to assess the problem and was on the floor trying to look at the hinge.This was majorly impressive and if I could give them 6 stars, I would - with full kudos to Mr. Franco and his team. #JustAwesome”

“If I could give them more stars I would. My wife and I were directed to Ed from two separate family friends with no ties to each other. He helped us select not only the right type of flooring as we have two small children (his demonstration on engineered flooring was memorable to say the least), the prices were unbeatable and he made sure we had everything delivered timely so as to not further delay our project. On top of that, every time I called him asking for moulding, etc., despite the custom/out of the ordinary color, he would get it to us within a day or so every time (our contractors made a few mistakes). After the flooring was done, we also ordered the countertops from him as well. He got us in contact with a great cutter/installer as well. Everything came out AMAZINGLY. We got slabs of quartz per his recommendation and had them cut to size. If only he could be our contractor too...”

“We found Polaris online and looked at all the vanity and fixtures they had great selection and variety of styles. So we went to the Show Room and it exceeded our expectation. We were immediately greeted by Sandra. She was very courteous. she was also very knowledgeable . We ended up buying two vanities, which will be picking up in a month .most of their vanities are ready within a week. Also I've decided when we decide to redo our kitchen I'm definitely getting my cabinets at Polaris . they made us feel at ease, and they really helped us to pick the best vanities. they also have a great selection of tiles and flooring and fixtures.”
